Beast Mastery Legendaries in 9.2

Beast Mastery legendaries are fairly straightforward heading into patch 9.2. Unless something changes, we have a clear winner for our legendary selection as well as our covenant selection for DPS purposes. Once tier has been obtained, Beast Mastery Hunters will be playing Night Fae, using the legendary combination of Frammenti delle Corna Antiche and Zanne Perforanti del Predatore di Rylak. So why is there such little variation in 9.2 compared to previous tiers for Beast Mastery? It's largely due to our tier set bonus. As a recap, here are the Beast Mastery tier set bonuses:

Frenesia Omicida (2-Set) Your Ordine di Morte critical strike chance is increased by 15% for each stack of Frenesia your pet has.
Frenesia Omicida (4-Set) Ordine di Morte critical hits increase the damage and cooldown reduction of your next Tiro del Cobra by 40%.

Frenesia Omicida focuses on boosting our Critical Strike, which leads to a few changes for Beast Mastery. An obvious change of course is that since we gain a ton of passive crit from our tier set, our stats will trend more towards Haste and Versatility. The biggest change is of course our relationship with Zanne Perforanti del Predatore di Rylak. The increased Critical Strike chance directly buffs Rylakstalkers (which increases Critical Strike damage), increasing its value when compared to other non-covenant legendaries. We'll also be using some previously unused conduits and talents due to their synergy with our tier set. The increased Critical Strike gives rise to Appetito Feroce (directly scales off Critical Strikes) and for single target purposes, we'll be swapping to Cobra Assassino. The cooldown reduction aspect of the tier set is extremely insignificant (~.4 sec per cast) so we want to focus on outputting as many Ordine di Mortes as possible. Killer Cobra is the best candidate for that job. This combination of talents and soulbinds allows us to use Aspetto della Selva every minute. Paired with Ira Bestiale and Rylakstalkers, it gives us pretty strong burst every minute and even more burst every 2 min due to Frammenti delle Corna Antiche. While our tier set brings us this cool new setup that benefits Night Fae, it also hinders our options as it significantly devalues both Venthyr and Kyrian (both of which were previously valid options for us depending on the situation). Necrolord still underperforms in all aspects.

Venthyr has a few things working against it when we consider our tier set bonus. Previously, Venthyr was our highest sustained single target covenant. Sacchetto di Frammenti Taglienti by itself is one of our strongest legendaries so you'd think adding Rylakstalkers into the mix, Venthyr would remain strong. However, when you dive a bit deeper into the tier set interactions, we can see the conflicts that arise. The biggest issue that arises is due to our 4 piece bonus. Ordine di Morte critical hits increase the damage of our next Tiro del Cobra, meaning we'll be wanting to cast as many Kill Commands and Cobra Shots as possible. As Venthyr, Tiro Scorticato encourages us to cast as many Tiro Mortales as possible. As you may expect, the two compete for GCDs and conflict with each other, especially during Ira Bestiale windows while running Cobra Assassino. When we look a bit further into Venthyr soulbinds, our previous go-to for single target was Nadjia. However, due to the new tier interactions, we really covet that additional conduit slot for the addition of Ferocious Appetite devaluing Duellante Impavido. The added critical strike gain from our tier set also devalues the critical strike we gain from Difetto Fatale. Thus, we end up wanting to swap to Theotar rather than using Nadjia, hurting Venthyr's overall output.

Kyrian wasn't really used too much as Beast Mastery, but it wasn't too far behind the other covenants. With the introduction of the new tier sets, Kyrian essentially becomes obsolete. You'd think that Kyrian would love the additional Critical Strike, but in reality, we are severely overcapped. Consider everything that gives crit as Beast Mastery. In addition to our base stats (typically ~30% Critical Strike on gear), we now have the tier set Frenesia Omicida, our Kyrian ability Freccia Risonante, our Kyrian covenant legendary Patto degli Inseguitori d'Anime, our major cooldown Aspetto della Selva, and our talent Brivido della Caccia. Hunters also start out with a baseline of 10% Critical Strike with zero gear on. Adding everything together, you can see that we overcap very easily as Kyrian. Naturally, we'll want to gear towards other stats such as Haste or Versatility. Having crit cap isn't necessarily a bad thing, but the value of crit begins to taper off. Since other covenants provide more value in terms of raw damage, while still providing a significant amount of crit, Kyrian falls even further behind in comparison.

Best Beast Mastery Hunter Double Legendaries for Sepulcher of the First Ones

Night Fae: Frammenti delle Corna Antiche & Zanne Perforanti del Predatore di Rylak

As mentioned above, Beast Mastery Hunters will be playing Night Fae using both Frammenti delle Corna Antiche and Zanne Perforanti del Predatore di Rylak in every situation. Similar to previous tiers, we excel in high-movement, single-target situations. Due to Fragments of the Elder Antlers, our 2 min burst against 1-4 targets is very potent. In Sepulcher of the First Ones, we'll excel at fights such as Skolex since it's a single target fight, as well as high movement fights such as Halondrus and Ingegnere Xy'mox.

There are no specific interactions between Frammenti delle Corna Antiche and Zanne Perforanti del Predatore di Rylak, they just individually contribute the most damage to our toolkit as described above. They work together to give Beast Mastery a solid amount of burst every 2 min, but that's about it.

Best Beast Mastery Hunter Double Legendaries for Mythic+

Night Fae: Frammenti delle Corna Antiche & Zanne Perforanti del Predatore di Rylak

The same trend is true for Beast Mastery in Mythic+, we'll be sticking to Night Fae and using both Frammenti delle Corna Antiche and Zanne Perforanti del Predatore di Rylak. However, if you want to perform optimally in Mythic+, I highly suggest playing either Marksmanship or Survival. While Beast Mastery has the highest single target output currently, our AoE is severely lacking. Both Marksmanship and Survival are much better choices. That being said, Beast Mastery can still perform well in less AoE-oriented dungeons such as Teatro del Dolore or Piagafunesta.

There are a few things for Beast Mastery AoE that I wanted to highlight. Unlike our single target build, we'll still be wanting to use Aspetto della Bestia with Emosuzione (in place of Appetito Feroce) as we previously have been for AoE. This combination gives us more AoE damage while still giving us a good amount of single target damage. Secondly, since we're using Frammenti delle Corna Antiche, our AoE falls off hard when 5 or more targets are consistently present. If we can manage to pull less than 5 targets every 2 min, we still bring valuable damage, but that will be largely dependent on your dungeon route and group composition. But perhaps the biggest issue with Beast Mastery AoE is our tier set. Beast Mastery's tier set is solely focused on single target output. By nature, our rotation in AoE uses fewer Ordine di Mortes and Tiro del Cobras, so it directly conflicts with the tier set. The lack of AoE contribution from our tier is the primary reason why it is ill-advised to play Beast Mastery in heavy AoE situations, as it straight up cannot compete with other specs.

Known Issues Surrounding Beast Mastery Legendaries and Tier
Unlike the other Hunter specs, Beast Mastery really doesn't have too many issues heading into 9.2. The only known issue was fixed this past week. Up until a few days ago, Beast Mastery Hunters were doing more damage than intended on PTR due to incorrect values on our 4 piece. Rather than gaining 40% increased damage on Tiro del Cobra, we were gaining 100% increased damage. This was fixed to correctly match the 40% value as indicated on the tooltip. This resulted in an ~8% nerf to our overall damage. The bug fix means that Beast Mastery is no longer competitive relative to other specs on the PTR even in single-target situations. As mentioned in the article above, single target is supposed to be our niche. Of course, we've yet to see any major tuning passes so this may or may not be a big deal. Let's hope our numbers are adjusted in the future, else Beast Mastery won't see much play this tier.

Marksmanship Hunter Legendaries in 9.2

Heading into patch 9.2, the dynamic of Marksmanship legendaries change quite a bit. It's largely due to the new tier sets introduced. Prior to obtaining these new tier set bonuses and assuming double legendaries, Marksmanship Hunters will want to continue to use Astuzia dell'Inseguitore di Serpenti for single target situations and Tiri Crescenti for AoE situations, paired with their respective covenant legendary. Once all 4 tier set pieces are obtained, this dynamic changes. As a recap, here are the Marksmanship tier set bonuses:

Astuzia Concentrata (2p) - Tiri Ingannevoli now also increases the damage of the affected shot by 30%.
Astuzia Concentrata (4p) - Spending 40 Focus grants you 1 charge of Tiri Ingannevoli.

As a reminder, this tier set not only affects our AoE, but works in single target as well. With the 4 piece, spending 40 Focus, regardless of how many targets are present, gives us a charge of Tiri Ingannevoli. Thus triggering the 2 piece, increasing the damage of our next Tiro Mirato or Rapidità di Tiro. This also gives us passive AoE, without having to use Tiro Multiplo. The tier set interaction gives rise to a previously forsaken legendary - Segreti della Veglia Impassibile. Combined with the tier set, Secrets of the Unblinking Vigil gives us more Aimed Shots while reducing the amount of required Tiro Stabilizzato Miglioratos we'll be required to cast. Due to the Focus requirement of the 4 piece, we'll most likely be weaving in Tiro Arcanos in between Aimed Shots and Rapid Fires. Unless something changes, Secrets of the Unblinking Vigil is looking to be our best option in both single target and AoE once tier has been obtained.

This leads to a few implications regarding Marksmanship's playstyle. First off, Marksmanship in 9.2 will be an AoE powerhouse. While our single target won't be the best, we'll have one of the more potent AoE toolkits due to tier and legendary interactions. The biggest plus here is that our AoE is almost totally passive now. Segreti della Veglia Impassibile paired with our tier set, allows us to perform our single target rotation while giving us passive AoE. We'll be using one set of legendaries for both single target and AoE without having to sacrifice single target damage to gain AoE. The second implication, which may or may not affect players depending on boss encounters, is that we'll be casting way more Tiro Miratos due to Secrets of the Unblinking Vigil. As you may expect, this means we'll be standing still much more often (about ~30% more time spent casting). The tier set and legendary combination hinder our mobility when considering the optimal rotation. That being said, Marksmanship is still highly mobile compared to other specs, and we will still have the choice to use Tiro Arcanos, Rapidità di Tiros, and Tiro Stabilizzato Miglioratos on the move.

Marksmanship Hunters won't have much variety between our non-covenant legendaries after obtaining the tier set. However, we will still have to make choices between covenants now that they're freely swappable depending on the encounter. Below I'll cover the relevant covenants heading into 9.2, and which covenants seem to be the best based on the scenario. For raiding purposes, we'll primarily be playing Venthyr and Night Fae. Kyrian is our go-to AoE covenant but requires more heavy AoE to be significantly ahead of Night Fae, while Necrolord just underperforms in all aspects.

Best Marksmanship Hunter Double Legendaries for Sepulcher of the First Ones

Venthyr: Sacchetto di Frammenti Taglienti & Segreti della Veglia Impassibile

Venthyr is Marksmanship's best covenant for pure single target encounters. That being said, there are some major caveats with Venthyr. It relies on sustained damage to be good. If the encounter has multiple add swapping or multiple phases, Venthyr loses value. Venthyr also does not perform well if any burst damage is required. By nature of Tiro Scorticato and Sacchetto di Frammenti Taglienti, Venthyr's output is both sustained and RNG, meaning its damage is not reliable. So while on paper Venthyr sims the best, you most likely won't be playing too much Venthyr Marksmanship aside from maybe Skolex. There are very few practical scenarios that highlight Venthyr's strengths.

Speaking to the interaction of the two legendaries and why we're using them, the answer is simple. They both just provide the most damage. Unlike the other covenants for Marksmanship, there is no specific interaction between Sacchetto di Frammenti Taglienti & Segreti della Veglia Impassibile. In fact, they actually conflict with each other slightly, but individually they each contribute more than other legendaries (assuming tier set of course). Segreti della Veglia Impassibile forces us to cast more Tiro Miratos while Sacchetto di Frammenti Taglienti wants us to cast more Tiro Mortales. This means that at multiple points during our rotation, we'll be forced to choose between Aimed Shot or Kill Shot, and one will be delayed. It's not a major contradiction, but it's also not the most fluid interaction. The positive thing here is that both Pouch of Razor Fragments and Secrets of the Unblinking Vigil provides Venthyr with some much-needed passive AoE, which it severely lacks on its own. Of course, it doesn't compare to the AoE prowess of our other covenants, but it's a nice addition to Venthyr.

Night Fae: Frammenti delle Corna Antiche & Segreti della Veglia Impassibile

The strength of Night Fae Marksmanship in patch 9.2 is essentially the same as it is now. Assuming no major changes, Night Fae is our second-best single target covenant and really excels in cleave. Night Fae is king when there are 1-4 targets that require on-demand burst, approximately every 2 min. If you can reliably hit less than 5 targets with your Spiriti Selvatici every 2 min, Night Fae will be your best option. It's sort of the middle ground between Venthyr and Kyrian for Marksmanship, being decent and single target and decent at AoE, excelling in that mid-range area.

Frammenti delle Corna Antiche and Segreti della Veglia Impassibile have a few interactions with each other, in addition to being the strongest legendaries on their own. First off, as Night Fae we always pair Spiriti Selvatici with Precisione. Since Secrets of the Unblinking Vigil gives us free Tiro Miratos, we will no longer have to cast a Tiro Stabilizzato Migliorato during Trueshot due to lack of Focus. Those GCDs will now be consumed by additional Aimed Shots gained from Vigil, along with Tiro Arcanos to proc our tier set bonus. Secondly, when we use Wild Spirits, targets within the area of effect take 5% additional damage due to Wild Mark. Since Secrets of the Unblinking Vigil yields more Aimed Shots, these additional Aimed Shots will also benefit from the 5% increased damage. This is amplified even more when considering Soulbinds such as Invigorimento del Bosco or Campo di Boccioli that increase damage during Wild Spirits.

Best Marksmanship Hunter Double Legendaries for Mythic+

Kyrian: Patto degli Inseguitori d'Anime & Segreti della Veglia Impassibile

Kyrian is by far Marksmanship's strongest pure AoE covenant. Single target isn't the best, but Kyrian is Marksmanship's strongest uncapped covenant. It also provides the most consistent damage, yielding some pretty strong burst every minute through Freccia Risonante. Due to it's consistency and high AoE output, Kyrian is the best option for most Mythic+ dungeons, with the exception of a few dungeons such as Theatre of Pain.

Patto degli Inseguitori d'Anime and Segreti della Veglia Impassibile have a slight interaction with each other, but more importantly, they are both significantly boosted by Kyrian's baseline ability and soulbinds. Freccia Risonante increases Critical Strike by 30%, Marchio Indebolito increases damage within Resonating Arrow by ~12% (depending on conduit rank) and Soulbinds such as Pelagos' Meditazione in Combattimento give a large chunk of Mastery while Resonating Arrow is active. As you can imagine, all of these buffs compound, making abilities cast during Resonating Arrow very strong. Pact of the Soulstalkers increases Critical Strike gained by an additional 10%. Secrets of the Unblinking Vigil potentially gives us additional Tiro Miratos to be cast while Resonating Arrow is active. Paired with our tier set bonus and Raffica, Kyrian's toolkit allows us to output incredible burst every minute. The only major downside of Kyrian is that forced movement during cooldowns really hurts our damage output, since Resonating Arrow's strength directly relies on the spells used while its active.

The other major perk when playing Kyrian is that Patto degli Inseguitori d'Anime not only gives you an additional 10% Critical Strike every minute, but it also gives everyone else in your party that same bonus. The value of this is largely dependent on your fellow party members, but since it's our only option as a second legendary, it's a nice little bonus that you'll have to factor in when considering the strength of Kyrian compared to other covenants.

Night Fae: Frammenti delle Corna Antiche & Segreti della Veglia Impassibile

Night Fae's strength in Mythic+ is very similar to its niche in raid. Night Fae excels at min-range burst every 2 min. If you're consistently doing smaller pulls or have a group that can adapt to pulling around your Spiriti Selvatici, Night Fae may beat out Kyrian. Night Fae excels in dungeons such as Theatre of Pain or Plaguefall where you're consistently pulling smaller. Night Fae also brings slightly better single target and burst, so dungeons such as Mists of Tirna Scythe might benefit Night Fae more than Kyrian depending on how you pull the dungeon.

Known Issues Surrounding Marksmanship Legendaries and Tier
With 9.2 around the corner, there are still some major issues with Marksmanship Hunter that will affect our overall output and quality of life. Depending on whether or not these problems are fixed, it may influence our choice in covenant and our relative strength compared to other specs. Below are some of the major issues that still persist with both our legendaries and tier.

The tier bonus Astuzia Concentrata is set to trigger at greater than 40 Focus, rather than equal to or greater than 40 Focus. This causes some weird scenarios where you may have to cast an additional ability to receive the proc. For example, casting 2 Tiro Arcanos back to back does not trigger the bonus (2 Arcane Shots equal exactly 40 Focus).
Tiro Miratos that trigger the Tiri Ingannevoli buff from the tier set instantly consume the buff, but do not actually benefit from Trick Shots at all. i.e that Aimed Shot will not spread to multiple targets.
When using Segreti della Veglia Impassibile and the tier set, Vigil does not seem to refund Tiro Mirato when Tiri Ingannevoli is gained via the tier set after casting an Aimed Shot. Instead, it will visually show you that you have charges when you in reality do not. This is likely caused by the aforementioned scenario where Aimed Shot instantly consumes Trick Shots.
Terrore Animale does not count towards the 4 piece Focus requirement and Stormo di Corvi counts as 30 Focus towards the 4 piece rather than 20 Focus.

Despite these bugs, Segreti della Veglia Impassibile remains the best choice of Legendary to use once all four pieces of tier have been acquired in all scenarios. Of course, when these issues are fixed, our overall performance will rise and our quality of life while using Secrets of the Unblinking Vigil will improve.DoolB

NOTE: As of writing this, the tier-set is in a moderately/severely bugged state. The below essay is assuming there will be no changes made to the set or any Hunter ability/legendary/Covenant power. As a refresher, you can find the tier-set bonus below—this set bonus will influence your Legendaries/Covenant selection going forward. If you'd like to see the bugs, please read the drop down below.

2-piece set bonus: Bombardiere Impazzito When Kill Command resets, it has a 40% chance to make your next Wildfire Bomb incur no cooldown.

4-piece set bonus: Bombardiere Impazzito Your Wildfire Bombs deal 30% additional damage. This bonus is increased to 80% for bombs empowered by Mad Bombardier.

The 2-piece set bonus is not resetting the cooldown as described in the tooltip. Currently, it is refunding a flat 18 seconds cooldown of Bomba di Fuocobrado. This means that with the Tattiche di Guerriglia talent, you'll be refunded more than your normal cooldown for the ability and waste a few seconds of cooldown.
The buff from the 2-piece, Bombardiere Impazzito, is currently fading too soon. As soon as your Bomba di Fuocobrado damages one target, the buff will expire. This means that the 4-piece bonus from Bombardiere Impazzito does not buff the damage on the proper targets hit. Sometimes, if the targets are close enough, all will be damaged by the buffed bomb. An example would be in a group of 5 enemies, only your primary target receives bonus damage from Bombardiere Impazzito while the other targets receive normal damage.
The buff from the 4-piece bonus currently does not work on any of the damage over time caused by Bomba di Fuocobrado (including Bomba di Fuocobrado itself, as well as the separate Infusione di Fuocobrado effects.) Instead, the direct damage is buffed twice,—this is the case for both the Bombardiere Impazzito 30% buff and the separate '80%' buff.
The buff from the 4-piece bonus , Bombardiere Impazzito, seems to be applying the damage buff in an unintended away. Instead of the listed increase to 80%, it seems to be an additive 50% on the passive 30% buff to Bomba di Fuocobrado. This effectively means that the following is happening: Bomba di Fuocobrado x 1.3 (30% from the 4-piece passive) x 1.5 (50% from the secondary 4-piece bonus to total 80%). However, this also is somehow duplicating itself from the previous bug, making the actual benefit from the 4-piece to be something like Bomba di Fuocobradox 1.3 x 1.3 x 1.5 x 1.5.

Best Survival Hunter Double Legendaries for Sepulcher of the First Ones

Single Target

Night Fae: Frammenti delle Corna Antiche and Fascio di Fuocobrado

With the current (albeit bugged) state of our tier-set, Mad Bombardier pushes out the usual suspects of our usual suspects for single-target damage focused Legendaries. Instead, with the amount of times you’ll be using Bomba di Fuocobrado, you’ll find that Fascio di Fuocobrado gives very respectable numbers in almost every possible fight pattern, even in single-target!

But why Night Fae?

Two big factors here. First, throughout the history of single-target fights in Shadowlands, we'd typically avoid playing this Covenant as Spiriti Selvatici, the Covenant ability, did not synergize at all with our (at the time) strongest single-target legendary: Apparato da Bracconaggio di Nesingwary . These two did not work because the traps necessary for the Legendary item did not proc the damage instances of Spiriti Selvatici.

With Mad Bombardier pushing us into a more Bomba di Fuocobrado playstyle (and encouraging Fascio di Fuocobrado), as well as the ability to use two Legendaries, moving forward we can safely play as Night Fae without having to worry about any counter synergy. Not to mention, the sheer power of Frammenti delle Corna Antiche in a low target (4 or fewer) environment, it simply out-performs the competition. Venthyr and Tiro Scorticato eat up valuable Ordine di Morte/Bomba di Fuocobrado GCDs, Kyrian’s Patto degli Inseguitori d'Anime is currently lackluster (for you—this Legendary and Covenant combination could potentially see some play, but it requires optimizing group composition and party wide cooldown management, which can be difficult with Acceleratore d'Animum Effusivo.) Lastly, Necrolord is, well, not very good in single-target fights. You would need a second target up to really make Necrolord shine and even then Night Fae will outperform.

What are the numbers like?

In a single-target fight you can expect Night Fae to be about 1-3% stronger than Venthyr, Night Fae to be about 3-5% stronger than Kyrian, and Night Fae to be about 7 to 9% stronger than Necrolord.

NOTE: This does not include potential group wide benefits from Kyrian's Legendary Patto degli Inseguitori d'Anime. This only considers your potential performance and the relative differences between the covenants in a single-target fight.

Multiple Targets/Area of Effect

Kyrian: Patto degli Inseguitori d'Anime and Fascio di Fuocobrado

Most of the time, you will find yourself in a classic favorite—much like every other AoE encounter since the dawn of Shadowlands, you’ll want to use Fascio di Fuocobrado . Mad Bombardier only makes this more appealing as more bombs (from the 2-piece) equals more Fascio di Fuocobrado equals more damage. What’s not to love?

But why Kyrian?

The extremely potent combo of Acceleratore d'Animum Effusivo, and Freccia Risonante (with Marchio Indebolito) is the real star of the show here. This combination in an add-heavy encounter will keep the cooldown of Freccia Risonante very low and really push your Bomba di Fuocobrado/Fascio di Fuocobrado damage to truly nutty numbers. The party wide (this does include you!!) critical strike buff from Patto degli Inseguitori d'Anime is just icing on the cake.

What are the numbers like?

In a raid encounter with multiple targets you can expect Kyrian to be about 1-3% stronger than Night Fae, Kyrian to be about 6-8% stronger than Necrolord, and 12-14% stronger than Venthyr.

NOTE: This does not include potential group wide benefits from Kyrian's Legendary Patto degli Inseguitori d'Anime. This only considers your potential performance and the relative differences between the covenants in a multiple-target fight in a raid.

However....

Depending on the encounter and damage pattern, you could very well find yourself rocking Night Fae for AoE encounters! There are a few things to consider when picking your Covenant for a multiple target fight. How long are the adds up? How many adds are there? Do adds spawn in at intervals to match your Covenant ability? Do the adds live long enough to get the full benefit of Spiriti Selvatici or will you waste uptime on adds? For example, a fight with fewer, longer-living adds or spawns at regular 1 or 2 minute intervals really synergizes with Spiriti Selvatici and Frammenti delle Corna Antiche.

On the other hand, if there is a fight with more frequent adds, adds that die very fast, or enough targets to disable Frammenti delle Corna Antiche, you will find Kyrian benefit you more due to how the Covenant works with more frequent adds and Acceleratore d'Animum Effusivo. If you find yourself in a fight where both Covenants are very similar in performance you'll want to stick with Kyrian as it does buff your party members as well.

Based on initial raid testing on the PTR, for Sepulcher of Domination, a fight that would prefer Night Fae is something like the Prototype Pantheon or Dausegne. A fight that would prefer Kyrian is Vigilant Guardian or Lihuvim.

Kyrian: Patto degli Inseguitori d'Anime and Fascio di Fuocobrado

Much like the write up above, you'll use the tried and true Kyrian build. The sheer power Mikanikos brings to us with Martello della Genesi and Acceleratore d'Animum Effusivo works great in Mythic+ and our normal AoE playstyle really leans into the explosive power the tier set brings. Not to mention, Fascio di Fuocobrado works fantastic with Acceleratore d'Animum Effusivo providing your entire party (and you!!) with very frequent uptime on a flat 10% buff to your critical strike chance.

A lot of people have their eyes on the potentially strong Necrolord legendary Borsa di Munizioni. It's important to consider the party benefit Patto degli Inseguitori d'Anime brings as well as the frequency you can bring this to your dungeon group noted above. Not to mention, with Acceleratore d'Animum Effusivo, you will find the cooldown of Freccia Risonante rivals or is even shorter than Chakram della Morte. Not to mention, Kyrian buffs the rest of your party with Patto degli Inseguitori d'Anime.

As always, it's important to consider your party's composition and damage needs.

A frequent discussion in the Survival Discord channel in Trueshot Lodge is how odd it feels to use an AoE focused Legendary (Fascio di Fuocobrado ) in single-target focused environments. While the flexibility and ease-of-use is appreciated, as well as the synergy with our shiny new tier-set, it can feel a bit odd using our beloved AoE legendary in single-target fights.

Some suggest buffing single-target Legendaries we haven't touched the entire expansion, such as Assalti Frustranti del Predatore di Rylak or Iniettori di Veleno Latente. Another common suggestion is embracing the current bugged state of the tier-set (mentioned in more detail towards the start of the article) and have the 4-piece buff the damage of Bomba di Fuocobrado for primary targets to have a new tuning knob to turn.

Another item of interest is that it's frankly hard to test and get a good feel for the tier-set and double Legendary combination with the currently bugged state of the tier-set.

All that being said, a large portion of the Survival Community is very excited for our powerful tier-set and how it synergizes well with our kit and a fan-favorite Legendary item. Many can't wait to see where our favorite spec ends up in 9.2!
