Upon killing the Bombarolo Grom'kar, you will gain Mortaio dei Roccianera, which you can use against the Nitrogg Torretonante to phase him into the last part of the fight. It takes 3 shots for the boss to enter Phase 3, and the only way to "collect" the Mortaio dei Roccianera is to right click the item on top of their corpse.

This is the most important part of the tip: Upon killing Artigliere Grom'kar, it will drop Colpi a Frammentazione dei Roccianera, which then you can use with Torretta Roccianera to shoot the Shrapnels. Hold on to it and do NOT use it during Phase 2. Instead, save it for when the boss comes down and Phase 3 begins. It is important to note that; you gain a maximum of a 15 stacks of Colpi a Frammentazione dei Roccianera (every time you shoot with it, it consumes 5 stacks, so you have in total of 3 shots per person) and in order for it to deal damage the mobs or the Nitrogg Torretonante must be close to the Torretta Roccianera. At last, if the adds are overwhelming, you can use that trick on them to clear them quickly.

Alternatively, you can also collect Granate dei Roccianera dropping from Granatiere Grom'kar, although that has much less of an impact on the overall speed of the dungeon as it does little to no damage, if you do however pick any of them, I will advise you to use it on the trash so you can clear them faster. Of course, you can save it for the boss if you feel you will need extra damage during the last phase.

Executing the Trick in Phase 3

As soon as Phase 3 begins, use one of the Torretta Roccianera and position the boss close to it (within a few yards, you can check the video clip below), after that you just want to use all of your stacks of Colpi a Frammentazione dei Roccianera

Keep in mind, multiple people can carry Colpi a Frammentazione dei Roccianera, so as soon as one player is finished, the next person should already be in line to enter the turret, shortly after the boss should die, much faster than the traditional way of playing the boss.
