Halls of Atonement Halkias Refracted Sinlight Bug

A couple members of the WoW community have posted videos of a hilarious, but unfortunate, bug where the Halkias boss in the Halls of Atonement quickly spins his
Luce del Peccato Rifratta
laser beams in a circle much faster than intended.
Halkias is supposed to spin his
Luce del Peccato Rifratta
at slow pace, allowing players the time to quickly stay between the laser beams and avoid damage. However, two different videos have popped up, showing that Halkias has a bug where he's spinning so fast, you're essentially playing Russian Roulette with
Luce del Peccato Rifratta
and when it actually ticks.

on Reddit showing off the same fun.
It's currently unclear whether or not the server restarts had anything to do with this bug, or whether or not the bug persists after the Server restarts.
