Unfortunately, in spite of all the recent developments with the Forsaken in Battle for Azeroth, Hallow's End does not appear to have many lore or item updates this year. The sole major update this year is that Headless Horseman Loot is up to ilvl 395, but if you missed the event last year, be sure to pick up
