As always, this testing schedule is very fluid and subject to the realities of a test environment. Overview: The Blackwater Behemoth makes its home in the [Darkest Depths] of the ocean, where healing magic fails to function normally. Players must acquire [Bioluminescence] in order to be healed by their allies. Swimming over open water while covered in Bioluminescence will draw attention from creatures that dwell beneath, via [Gaze from Below].
Periodically, the Behemoth will retreat to another platform and begin channeling a lethal [Cavitation] wave if not interrupted.

Tanks:
Minimize the number of stacks of [Feeding Frenzy] gained by the Behemoth.
Maintain [Radiant Biomass] on yourself or all incoming healing will be blocked by [Darkest Depths].
Healers:
Trigger [Coral Bloom] strategically to ensure [Bioluminescence] can be maintained by your allies.
Allow [Bioluminescence] to expire before pursuing the Behemoth over the open abyss so you are not targeted by [Gaze from Below].
Damage Dealers:
Swim toward [Bioluminescent Cloud] when active to gain [Bioluminescence], allowing healers to heal you.
Allow [Bioluminescence] to expire before pursuing the Behemoth over the open abyss so you are not targeted by [Gaze from Below].
Swim across the abyss quickly to interrupt [Cavitation] before the Behemoth finishes casting.

Darkest Depths: Reduces incoming healing by 100%.

Shimmerskin Pufferfish

Bioluminescent Cloud: Gravely wounding a Shimmerscale Pufferfish will cause it to expel a Bioluminescent Cloud.
Players who enter the Bioluminescent Cloud will gain Bioluminescence for 45 sec.

Bioluminescence: Blocks the effects of Darkest Depths, enabling incoming healing as normal.

Gaze from Below: Swimming out over open water within the Darkest Depths while under the effects of Bioluminescence will trigger Gaze from Below as unseen creatures observe the player's movement.
When Gaze from Below expires, the player is instantly killed.
Ravenous Behemoth:
The Blackwater Behemoth defends its cave from intruders, lashing out with Toxic Spines and powerful bioelectric attacks.

Radiant Biomass: Melee attacks against players cover the player in a Radiant Biomass, allowing the targeted player to be healed as normal but also inflicting 20 Nature damage every 3 sec for 15 sec.
Feeding Frenzy: Increases attack speed by 3% for each consecutive melee attack against the same player.
Toxic Spine: Fires a set of Toxic Spines at multiple players, inflicting 15 Nature damage every 3 sec for 12 sec.
Bioelectric Feelers: Reaches out with Bioelectric Feelers, shocking a player for 25 Nature damage. The feelers jump to players within 5 yards, increasing in damage with each jump, to a maximum of 5 players.
Bioelectric Feelers will periodically activate if no players are within melee range of the caster.
Shock Pulse: Inflicts 70 Nature damage to all players within 35 yards every 1 sec for 2 sec.
Piercing Barb: Fires a Piercing Barb at a player, inflicting 690 Nature damage. This damage is divided between the targeted player and all other players struck by the Barb. (Mythic)

Delve Deeper:
The Behemoth retreats to a deeper part of its habitat and begins forming a lethal Cavitation wave.

Cavitation: When the Behemoth reaches maximum energy, it relocates to a new cave and begins to cast Cavitation. Cavitation inflicts 150 Nature damage every 2 sec until interrupted.
Slipstream: Enter a slipstream, removing Bioluminescence and increasing swim speed by 80%.
Darkwater Jellyfish

Glowing Stinger: Stings players who come near the Jellyfish, applying Bioluminescence for 8 sec and inflicting 10 Nature damage every 2 sec for 8 sec.

Za'qul, Harbinger of Ny'alotha

The harbinger for the end of days, Za'qul shreds the last vestiges of sanity from a world in chaos, laying the foundation for Azeroth's new master.

Overview: At health percentages, the Herald assaults the players' minds, pulling them deeper into realms of insanity. While players are in these insanity realms, they continually gain stacks of [Hysteria]. The further they dive into these realms, the faster it stacks.
Each realm employs its own method of assaulting players' minds. Within the fear realm, players continually spawn Horrific Visions from [Manifest Nightmares]. Within the delirium realm, everyone becomes hostile but has their haste increased.
After all realms have opened, Za'qul gains empowered versions of his abilities that allow the players to move between realms in order to combat his mechanics.

Damage Dealers:
Defeat Horrific Summoners before the raid becomes overwhelmed.
Defeat Horrific Visions before they transform into Unleashed Nightmares.
Focus damage on Za'qul while he is casting [Dark Pulse] to trigger [Mind Fracture].
bullet:Don't stop moving when affected by [Manifest Nightmares] to avoid [Nightmare Pools]. (Heroic, Mythic)
Damage Dealers:
Defeat Horrific Summoners before the raid becomes overwhelmed.
Focus damage on Za'qul while he is casting [Dark Pulse] to trigger [Mind Fracture].

Move the boss into [Maddening Eruptions] to prevent the raid from taking damage.

Dark Beyond: Venturing into the dark beyond inflicts 85 Shadow damage every 1 sec.
Hysteria: Delving into the insanity realms and being affected by Quivering Claws increases hysteria, inflicting 1 Shadow damage every 1 sec for 25 sec.
This effect stacks.
Stage One: The Herald

Mind Tether: Za'qul connects his current target and the closest player to that target within 300 yards with a mind tether. 50% of damage done to either player is reflected to their partner as Shadow damage.
Reflected damage is increased after the players seperate beyond 12 yards from each other.
If no other target is found, the current target suffers Snapped.

Snapped: The mind tether snaps, stunning you for 10 sec.

Portal of Madness: Za'qul tears the fabric of reality conjuring a Horrific Summoner to appear at random destinations, inflicting 75 Shadow damage to players within 8 yards and causing them to panic in fear for 6 sec.

Horrific Summoner: Summoned during the encounter by Za'qul.

Dark Tear: The Horrific Summoner opens a tear, allowing creatures to continually come through to assault the players every 20 sec as long as the passage remains open.

Horrific Vision: Periodically emerge from Dark Tears as long as they remain open.

Gathering Nightmare: All damage taken increased by 5% and speed decreased by 2%. Caster starts with 30 stacks and loses a stack every 2 sec.
When all stacks are removed, the creatures turns into an Unleashed Nightmare. (Mythic, Heroic)

Unleashed Nightmare: Forms from a Horrific Vision that has been alive too long. (Heroic, Mythic)

Quivering Claws: Claws the the target, inflicting 100% attack damage as Shadow as well as inflicting a stack of Hysteria. (Mythic, Heroic)

Crushing Grasp: Za'qul unleashes a tentacle that cascades across the space in a line, inflicting 90 Shadow damage to players struck and knocking them back.
Dread: Unleashes a psychic blast that induces fear to random enemies, inflicting 3 Shadow damage every 1 sec for 10 sec.
Upon expiration, inflicts 45 Shadow damage to everyone. (Normal, Heroic, Mythic)

Stage Two: Grip of Fear:
Za'qul pulls players into the Fear Realm at 85% health.

Fear Realm: While in the Fear Realm, you gain a stack of Hysteria every 20 sec.
Manifest Nightmares: While under the influence of Manifest Nightmares, inflict 16 Shadow Damage to allies within 7 yards every 1 sec for 6 sec.
Each pulse also leaves behind a Nightmare Pool.
Upon expiration, summons a Horrific Vision at your destination.

Nightmare Pool: A nightmare pool forms, inflicting 90 Shadow damage every 2 sec.
Horrific Vision: Emerge from the darkness as long as players are effected by Manifest Nightmares.

Gathering Nightmare: All damage taken increased by 5% and speed decreased by 2%. Caster starts with 30 stacks and loses a stack every 2 sec.
When all stacks are removed, the creatures turns into an Unleashed Nightmare. (Mythic, Heroic)

Unleashed Nightmare: Forms from a Horrific Vision that has been alive too long. (Heroic, Mythic)

Maddening Eruption: Za'qul causes a tear that will inflict 70 Shadow damage to all enemies when it erupts. If Za'qul is moved into the tear before the eruption, only enemies within 10 yards of the eruption receive 5 Shadow damage.
When Za'qul stands in the eruption, he receives a stack of Punctured Darkness.

Punctured Darkness: Shadows wither around Za'qul, increasing all damage taken by 55%.

Mind Tether: Za'qul connects his current target and the closest player to that target within 300 yards with a mind tether. 50% of damage done to either player is reflected to their partner as Shadow damage.
Reflected damage is increased after the players seperate beyond 12 yards from each other.
If no other target is found, the current target suffers Snapped.

Za'qul pulls players into the Delirium Realm at 70% health.

Delirium Realm: Your mind shatters, causing you to go hostile to everyone, increasing haste by 30%. While in this realm, gain a stack of Hysteria every 3 sec.
Also, instead of killing you, fatal damage removes you from this realm and inflicts the effects of Shattered Psyche.

Shattered Psyche: Unable to cope with the encroaching horrors, your psyche shatters, stunning you for 6 sec.

Mind Tether: Za'qul connects his current target and the closest player to that target within 300 yards with a mind tether. 50% of damage done to either player is reflected to their partner as Shadow damage.
Reflected damage is increased after the players seperate beyond 12 yards from each other.
If no other target is found, the current target suffers Snapped.

Snapped: The mind tether snaps, stunning you for 10 sec.

First Arcanist Thalyssra: Pulls everyone back to reality to prevent them from succumbing to Za'qul's madness. (Normal, Heroic, Raid Finder)

Reality Portal: Holds the portal to reality open so her allies can easily escape the various insanity realms. (Normal, Heroic, Raid Finder)

First Arcanist Thalyssra: Pulls everyone back to reality to prevent them from succumbing to Za'qul's madness, then falls victim to the whispers of the old gods. (Mythic)
Reuse (Normal, Heroic, Raid Finder)

Mind Fracture: Za'qul becomes stunned for 1.5 sec, interrupting all casts. (Heroic, Raid Finder, Normal)

Psychotic Split: Za'qul splits himself across multiple realms creating mirror versions that channel energy onto the original. Upon completion, the energy is released inflicting 120 Shadow damage to enemies in all realms.

Defeating Za'qul's mirror versions triggers a Mind Fracture. (Mythic)

Echo of Fear: Summoned during Psychotic Split and resides within the Fear Realm. (Mythic)

Dread Scream: Unleashes a psychic blast that induces fear and inflicts 5 Shadow damage every 1 sec to random enemies.
Upon expiration, inflicts 45 Shadow damage to everyone. (Mythic)

Echo of Delirium: Summoned during Psychotic Split and resides within the Delirium Realm. (Mythic)

Void Slam: Sends the targets in a cone in front of the caster flying, inflicting 54 Physical damage on impact and knocking them back. (Mythic)

Dark Shield: Images provide a shield that surrounds Za'qul, making him immune to damage and interrupts until no images are left. (Mythic)
Mind Fracture: Za'qul becomes stunned for 1.5 sec, interrupting all casts. (Mythic)

Dark Passage: Za'qul opens a passage to the Fear Realm, conjuring a Horrific Summoner to appear at random destinations, inflicting 75 Shadow damage to players within 8 yards and causing them to panic in fear for 6 sec.

Horrific Summoner: Summoned from the Fear Realm during the encounter by Za'qul.

Shroud of Fear: Shrouded by fear, this creature is immune to damage when inflicted by enemies in other realms.
Fear's Gate: From the Fear Realm, the Horrific Summoner opens a gate to reality, allowing creatures to continually come through to assault the players every 20 sec as long as the passage remains open.

Horrific Vision: Periodically emerge from Fear Gates as long as they remain open.

Gathering Nightmare: All damage taken increased by 5% and speed decreased by 2%. Caster starts with 30 stacks and loses a stack every 2 sec.
When all stacks are removed, the creatures turns into an Unleashed Nightmare. (Heroic, Mythic)

Unleashed Nightmare: Forms from a Horrific Vision that has been alive too long. (Mythic, Heroic)

Upon expiration, immediately inflicts 55 Shadow damage to everyone and marks the target's location, inflicting 90 Shadow damage to enemies within 5 yards after a few seconds.
Afterwards, leaves a pool of Caustic Delirium at the destination. (Normal, Heroic, Mythic)

Caustic Delirium: Continually inflicts 6 Shadow damage every 1 sec as long as a player stands within the area. Inflicts greater damage the longer a player stands within the effect.

Accumulating five stacks of this effect transports the player to the Delirium Realm and removes the Caustic Delirium. (Normal, Heroic, Mythic)

Manic Dread: Unleashes a psychic blast that induces fear and inflicts 3 Shadow damage every 1 sec on enemies in all realms.

For ten thousand years, the Queen's Court has never failed to enforce the word of Azshara. Now, the queen's most powerful servants stand ready to fulfill her final decree.

Overview: Each member of Queen Azshara's court represents a facet of the Nazjatar forces, with Silivaz representing the physical might of the army and Pashmar the strength of Azsharan magic. While overseeing the fight, Queen Azshara will become bored, and issue a series of decrees, changing up the rules of engagement.

Tanks:
Coordinate with your tanking partner to ensure [Silivaz's Touch] or [Pashmar's Touch] doesn't stack too high.
Move either boss out of [Mighty Rupture].
Use personal cooldowns when affected by [Suffering].
Healers:
Queen Azshara's decree [Deferred Sentence] has your team taking damage throughout, with a potential huge spike at the end.
Anyone afflicted by [Suffering] can not be healed for its duration.
Help split the damage from Silivaz's [Frenetic Charge] with the targeted player.
Positioning is important, especially during the [Form Ranks] and [Stand Alone] decrees.
Damage Dealers:
Help split the damage from Silivaz's [Frenetic Charge] with the targeted player.
Damage [Potent Spark]s so that they expire at least 5 seconds apart to avoid lethal damage when they explode.

Desperate Measures: Upon reaching 1% health, the caster becomes immune to all damage and begins casting Desperate Measures, healing 100% of the caster's maximum life.
The cast is interrupted if both Pashmar and Silivaz are defeated.
Separation of Power: While the council members are within 21 yards of each other, their damage taken is reduced by 99%.
Queen Azshara

Decrees: Throughout the fight, Queen Azshara enacts various decrees that must be dealt with. On higher difficulties, the amount of downtime between decrees is reduced.

Form Ranks: Decrees that players must stand in set formations around the court every 10 sec. After 5 seconds, each formation is ranked, inflicting 10 Physical damage. Each position with no player in formation increases the Physical damage taken.

In Formation: Stand in formation, fulfilling the requirements of Queen Azshara's decree.

Repeat Performance: Using the same spell or ability twice in a row annoys Queen Azshara, inflicting 15 Nature damage.
Stand Alone: Forces random targets to stay away from other players. If this decree is broken, Stand Alone inflicts 10 Nature damage to the target and all nearby players.
Deferred Sentence: Standing still builds up charge within the player's body. While moving, Deferred Sentence inflicts Nature damage to the player. Upon expiration, Deferred Sentence inflicts the remaining damage left from the decree.
Obey or Suffer: All players are marked to suffer. If any player takes damage, they are inflicted with Suffering, absorbing all healing for 5 sec.

Suffering: Marks the target to suffer, absorbing all healing for 5 sec.

Sphere of Influence: Each decree emanates an aura around it, amplifying the effects of Queen Azshara's decrees, increasing either damage done or duration of effect. (Mythic)

Silivaz the Zealous

Silivaz's Touch: Forces the caster's will on the target, causing melee attacks to apply Silivaz's Touch. This effect stacks. At 10 stacks, Silivaz's Touch becomes Fanatical Zeal, mind controlling the target.

Fanatical Zeal: The caster manipulates the soul of its target, charming them.

Frenetic Charge: Silivaz targets a random player. After 4 sec, he charges to the player, inflicting 250 Physical damage, split between all players within 8 yards of the target and knocking them back. Frenetic Charge leaves a Mighty Rupture at the destination.

Mighty Rupture: Open up a fissure at the caster's location, inflicting 30 Physical damage every 2 sec to all players standing in it.

Zealous Eruption: Silivaz causes a series of tremors, inflicting 30 Physical damage to all players every 1 sec for 10 sec. Players at the epicenter near Silivaz take no damage.

Pashmar the Fanatical

Pashmar's Touch: Forces the caster's will on the target, causing melee attacks to apply Pashmar's Touch. This effect stacks. At 10 stacks, Pashmar's Touch becomes Fanatical Zeal, mind controlling the target.

Fanatical Zeal: The caster manipulates the soul of its target, charming them.

Fanatical Verdict: Targets random players and marks them. Upon expiration, the player explodes, inflicting 30 Nature damage to all players within 6 yards.
Fervent Bolt: Zaps the target, inflicting 5 Nature damage.
Violent Outburst: The caster releases destructive wave of electricity in all directions, inflicting 30 Nature damage to all enemies. Being further from the caster reduces the damage taken.
Potent Spark: Summons a series of charged orbs, which cast Potent Spark upon expiration, inflicting 63 Nature damage to all enemies and increases damage taken from Potent Spark by 100% for 5 sec.
