DoT and HoT Effects Hotfixed to Pandemic Once Again on Live Servers

It looks like "over-time" effects have been hotfixed and once again Pandemic on live servers which should make DoT and HoT classes happy!
We reported earlier that after
Patch 9.2.5 launched
, damage-over-time and healing-over-time effects were bugged and no longer having the Pandemic effect.
The Pandemic effect of over-time effects occurs when you refresh a DoT or HoT effect that hasn't expired yet, as the remaining duration (up to 30% of the original duration) will be added to the duration of the refreshed ability. This makes it easier to refresh DoTs and HoTs without having to perfectly time your reapplications right when it would normally expire.
As such, this fix will once again make DoT and HoT refreshing easier for classes such as Resto Druids, Feral Druids, Assassination Rogues and Shadow Priests.
