Cypher Equipment Weapons Coming to Zereth Mortis in Patch 9.2.5

It appears that Patch 9.2.5 is adding weapons and offhand items to the Cypher equipment system in Zereth Mortis, allowing alts and outdoor players to collect more equipment scaling with the amount of research at the console.
Cypher Equipment
is the catch up gear system in Zereth Mortis, introduced in Patch 9.2. As you play through the zone, you'll find various pieces of gear from activities within the zone such as daily quests, world quests, and so on, starting at item level 233 and increasing to item level 252 based on the total amount of research invested at the console, however, weapons dropped by bosses have remained at only 246. With this addition, outdoor players and alts will now be able to obtained similarly scaled weapons to go along with the rest of their Cypher Equipment.
