This week's PTR patch, 42069, brought many exciting changes and clarifications to systems that have been previously announced. Patch 9.2 is starting to take shape, and this is a great time to review the best of this week's changes and make predictions!

Predictions for Best Spec in Season 3
Tier Sets: Specific Information about Acquisition and Creation
Blizzard has revealed specific details on how players will acquire Tier Sets in Patch 9.2, noting when the Creation Catalyst will unlock and how they're reducing the number of drops but swapping to tier tokens.
The Creation Catalyst (Tier Set Crafting) will open 8 weeks after the content update.
The Creation Catalyst charges are global which means that an alt multiple weeks into the expansion will have multiple charges and can craft a set almost immediately.
Double the loot was dropping from tier bosses on the PTR.
Bosses will drop Tier Tokens instead of dropping the pieces directly.
