The second part of the Alliance Burning of Teldrassil questline is now available on the PTR! The second part begins after we amass the forces in Darnassus to fight against the Horde.

Malfurion Stormrage says: ARGH! Saur...fang?!
Lady Sylvanas Windrunner says: An audience--perfect! Stay still, Alliance dog. Watch me strike down one of your greatest heroes!
High Overlord Saurfang says: A dishonorable blow. I... regret it.
Lady Sylvanas Windrunner says: Regret nothing. You did well.
High Overlord Saurfang says: It was not my place to interfere.
Lady Sylvanas Windrunner says: My victory was inevitable. He was merely wasting my time.
Lady Sylvanas Windrunner says: Finish him and be done with it. Take a moment, if you like... then take his head. Meet me at the World Tree.
Malfurion Stormrage says: You have led... your Horde... in service... of death. You will... regret this day...

Tyrande Whisperwind says: Because you spared Malfurion, I will offer you a choice.
Tyrande Whisperwind says: Attempt to stop me from taking him away, and die... or remain there, kneeling in the dirt, and live.
High Overlord Saurfang says: You have a choice as well. Take him to Darnassus and both of you will fall when we conquer ir... or flee somewhere far from here, so that you both survive.
Tyrande Whisperwind says: This war is lost. Teldrassil will soon fall.
Tyrande Whisperwind says: Take my hippogryph to Darnassus. Ensure that the Horde's occupation is as... tolerable as it can be.
Tyrande Whisperwind says: King Anduin gave me a hearthstone back to Stormwind. There I will tend my love's wound... and help my people find respite from this madness.
After this cutscene, we fly on Tyrande's hippogryph to Darnassus. But Darnassus is on fire! We still don't know why it's on fire though.
We turn in the quest to Mia Greymane, Genn's wife, and help evacuate Darnassus on
A Flicker of Hope
. You have 3 minutes to save as many citizens as you can:
After the timer runs out, your lungs will be overwhelmed by the smoke, and you will wake up at the Temple of the Moon. We have no choice but to evacuate, via the portal to Stormwind on the quest

After returning to Stormwind, meet King Anduin Wrynn at the Stormwind Keep.
Anduin Wrynn says: You have shown courage and heart, champion. On this, one of the Alliance's darkest days.
Anduin Wrynn says: My whole life, I have prayed for peace in this world.
Anduin Wrynn says: But that dream can never be realized so long as Sylvanas Windrunner leads the Horde.
Anduin Wrynn says: She expects this atrocity to crush our spirits. Shatter our unity. But this I vow...
Anduin Wrynn says: The Alliance will endure... and the Banshee Queen's insidious reign will be ended.

Plot Discrepancy
Currently there is a discrepancy between the in-game quests and a retelling of similar moments in the Collector's Edition novella
A Good War
. Saurfang in-game does not look wounded and the fight takes place in an open clearing, with no destroyed Inn nearby.
When pieces of the inn started to fall around the orc’s head, he accepted his death. Against a creature like Stormrage, there was no dishonor in failure. Saurfang simply had to meet his end without surrender.
A sudden blast knocked him from his feet, dazing him. Saurfang closed his eyes. It is done. His hands went numb, tingling from the dark power that roared through the ruins of the inn—
Dark power?
Saurfang opened his eyes. Malfurion was not looking at him. His arms were crossed in front of his face as an arrow, wreathed in shades of violet smoke, exploded just before him. Emerald light rose against the darkness, and Malfurion charged to fight Sylvanas Windrunner, who had another arrow nocked and drawn at point-blank range.
Saurfang would have leapt to his feet, but his legs wouldn’t obey his commands.
Then the inn collapsed on top of him, and he was surrounded by darkness and pain. But he wasn’t dead. Not yet.
Death wasn’t supposed to hurt this much.
