Boralus Updates in Build 26624 - The Ruff Waters, Dueler's Guild, The Relentless

Visual updates to the capital city of Boralus continue in build 26624. In this build we got the boat from Boralus to Stormwind running, the Alliance Dueler's Guild, and The Ruff Waters!
The Ruff Waters is a pet shop full of dogs! Every single dog has a name and they can be pet!
The Dueler's Guild,
previously only in Zuldazar and available for Horde players
, now has an Alliance version right on the heart of Boralus.
The Relentless is a Kul Tiran ship that offers safe passage between Boralus and Stormwind.
The statues in Boralus Harbor have changed to an armored soldier with a shield. Those are currently untextured.
The
Crazy Cat Lady
now has dialogue!
A new transmogrification area has been added next to the banker in Tradewinds Market. Along with the transmogrification and void storage ethereals, there is also an Azerite Reforger NPC.
