5.4 PTR: New Rare Spawns, Pirates and Events

The ruined Dread Ship Vazuvius lies to the south of Pi'jiu Village. It's overrun by Sgobbone Hozen Maledetto, who are guarding a treasure chest that contains Cursed Swabby Helmet. They drop the Chiave Incrostata di Conchiglie which is needed to open the chest.

In the south-east coastal waters, players can help defend a group of spectral pirates led by Capitano Zvezdan against undead enemies. If you kill the final boss, Scricchiaossa, you'll get a special vanity item that summons spectral pirates, Gamba Perduta del Capitano Zvezdan.

Located between the Alliance and Horde bases is Blackguard's Forgotten Cove. These spectral pirates are hostile and closely guard a treasure chest that can be looted once a week and contain coins and BoA items. After you loot the chests, the Rare Spawn are friendly and stand around the treasure chest cheering.

The Rare Spawn can be farmed for Grog Spettrale which creates a spectral pirate disguise. Don't loot Cassa del Tesoro della Guardia Nera if you want to farm this item, as the pirates will turn friendly after you do.

Faucieterne is a rare spawn that swims around the Isola Senza Tempo very quickly. He drops a Lanterna Piena di Nebbia, which can be used to summon the Nave Fantasma Vazuvius at the Cursed Graveyard by the Misty Shore. It summons a ship with 170 million HP and constant cannon-fire. The ship drops Ballata del Vecchio Marinaio Senza Tempo, which turns players into pink spectral pirates as well as their mounts.

Treccialorda spawns on the ship by the shores of the Croaking Hollow. He's surrounded by Fiammardente dei Mari del Sud that buff stats and heal you, as well as Furfante dei Mari del Sud.
