2 Hour Refund Time Counts Down While Offline in Shadowlands Pre-Patch

The 2 Hour Refund Time has changed in the Shadowlands Pre-Patch as the refund time counts down while offline. This is different than the 2 Hour Trading Time that you get to trade Raid Loot to another person, which is unchanged.
2 Hour Refund Time
The 2 Hour Refund Time now counts down time while offline for seemingly all refundable items from vendors. So if you buy an item and immediately log out for a couple hours, when you come back you
will not
be able to sell it back to the vendor for a refund.

After
You may sell this item to a vendor within 1 hour 59 min (including time offline) for a full refund.
2 Hour Trading Time
The 2 Hour Trading Time is unchanged and does not seem to count time while offline. It still shows the same message as before, so don't worry if you need to hold a piece until your friend gets back.
