to achieve the part SECRET OF THE OOZE you will need the item vial of the reddish ooze that can be found inside a greater cache of treasure reward from a random scenario.
the fight is pretty similar; differences are:
huge increase in health around 7million hp
more fast in creating copies
increased damage
+
the original ooze Splat leave a contrail of poison to avoid

for casters able to move while casting is pretty easy, they move really really slow just kite moving around

Can confirm this is from a Random Heroic Scenario's Bag Reward, got mine after spamming 10-15 yesterday.

As for the boss itself, it's pretty easy only, just FF the main one, can cc here and there, dodge red stuff on ground = cool new shirt.

I was getting this for Collezionali tutti! (Stagione 2) at level 100.
Info I got so far seemed to be that you needed "random heroic scenario" which can't be done anymore at 100.
However the Fiala di Melma Rossastra (Item that starts quest to get the card for Splat for Brawlers Guild), can now be found from mobs, no need for scenarios.
It drops from Melma Informe which can be found inside a cave (entrance 54,56) in Gorgrond.
(The mobs are very small slimes, neutral mobs. I dropped down to the bottom of the cave and found lots, droprate was quite nice and fast).
