LFR 10/25 only drops Gauntlets, Leggings, chests, shoulders, and helms with a item lv of 502.
10-man/25 drops item levels of 522.
Heroic 10/25 drops 535.

The time spent to loot LFR pieces is a waste if you're going for 522,535.

Dark Animus - Chest.

Iron Qon - Shoulders.
