In Live it seems as though these are likely bugged (no pun intended), appearing to be dropping substantially more than expected.

Thusfar I have looted about 100 surveys, out of which I've gotten something around 77 of these keystones.

Being an exceptionally dedicated/experienced archaeologist, this droprate seems insane; about 60-70% higher than the droprate of previous keystones.

Get them now while you can, from digs or from the AH. I'd wager this droprate will tank in a hotfix within a week.

EDIT: as of 3/09/13 the droprate seems to have been lowered.
EDIT2: as of 3/13/13 the "Pristine" Mantid Discoveries now properly award these (instead of mogu keystones)

Indeed, these seem to drop a lot, much more frequently than any other keystone, most likely a bug...
Be that as it may, enjoy while you can!

These can be combined with Mantid Archaeology projects. They function the same way as other Archaeology keystones, providing +20 fragments per Amber.

Can be found when looting surveyed dig sites, as a reward for completing Pristine Mantid archaeology quests, or looted from the Tormento Antico Sha that can spawn when surveying.
