Skumblade Pillager has nearly 800K health but is susceptible to both stuns and snares. First time I saw him spawn was while opening golden chests in the 2nd area of the Troves of the Thunder King scenario. He will stun you then begin running away very quickly towards the nearest locked gate. If you feel like chasing him down he'll open doors for you but make sure you follow him through both sets of doors as they close behind him. I recommend you have some kind of movement speed enhancement to catch up, such as Sprint, Body and Soul or some Arcane Propellant.

Helpful tip for killing the Sciacallo Lamalercia (drops the Manciata di Gemme Rubate):

~~He seems to always spawn by looting the Golden Chest just to the left of you when you enter the second room, in between two "beam tower" circles.~~ Drop a Trappola della Runa del Gelo a few yards behind you before looting the chest, between yourself and the direction the pillager will run (towards the center of the room, towards the exit door). Far enough that the saurok won't spawn immediately on top of it. The effect does not break on damage and will allow you to burst the reasonably-small HP saurok down in short order without having to snare/chase him down (and no doubt aggro a few trolls onto you in the process).

Note that the activation of the trap can delay, and in one personal instance froze him in the corner of the stairs you enter on, causing line of sight issues.

EDIT: Can spawn from several different chests, apparently.

Was unable to trinket his cheapshot stun, so don't bother with a PvP trinket. Youll want a long-ranged stun or snare to stop him as he won't stop to fight you.

Watch out if you aggro a Zandalari Venomblade, they will deathgrip you a mile back and onto the opposite side of the barrier fence, possibly causing you to send your fist through your monitor in rage. I wouldn't have caught back up to the treasure saurok if rocket boots and burst of speed didn't stack for an absurd boost.

Keep in mind there are runs with no saurok (can only spawn from 3 chests which might not be there)
