Fight the harpies around the small platue in the ruins and retrieve Edena's horn. Take it to 40,8 and use it on the stone with the hole in it. Stand behind the stone and she will appear on the otherside of it where you can jump her. She was easy to kill as a lvl 49 warlock.

The stone with the hole is due north of the blue flame cauldron. There are 3 stones around the flame, one has a hole. That's not it. Go north from that stone and down a little hill to the solitary holed stone. She's a level 35 non elite. Easy kill for me as a 36 shaman.
