Let's see... I'm thinking this will likely include Crucio, Imperio, Avada Kedavra, and Horcuxes...

Joking and amusement aside, I'd likely believe that this 'book' would include necromancy-based magic considering that it's been discussed in the "Schools of Arcane Magic - Necromancy" book that use of such magic is illegal by Kirin Tor standards. This may include (but not be limited to) things such as raising the dead, draining life force from living creatures, entrapping souls, creating abominations or other undead sorts, and becoming a lich. Needless to say, many Warlock spells would be under this category, but it may be likely their 'mishaps' are overlooked if it is deemed that they were done with good intentions or under self-defense.. or similarly so. That or the folks who approach the offending Warlock are too afraid to do anything by themselves, without full back-up of the Kirin Tor.

Demonology requires pacts with demons in order to gain increased arcane ability, fueled by fel power - this is typically frowned upon, and most arcanists who begin looking into this tend to cut ties with other organizations. However, most organizations do look at this aspect of magic as being a "necessary evil" to combat the Legion and other evil magic users. As such, this may be a "borderline" type.

Blood magic requires the use of blood to perform rituals and spells. What type and whose blood may not matter, as a blood mage in the Blasted Lands asks for beast blood to complete his work. Due to its nature, it may be easy to slip past a certain threshold into being unethical. Therefore, similarly to demonology, this may be another "borderline" type.

Nethermancy and usage of Twilight-empowered magic are less known about in-game due to lacking of texts about their usage and what powers them. However, like most arcane types, the method of use may determine whether these are forbidden or not.

Regardless of what the book may or may not contain, it likely is an interesting flavor and potential RP item.

I'd also be very interested in seeing the contents of this book, as I play a Kirin Tor on a RP server. The only 100% lore-confirmed banned discipline is Necromancy as there's a book on the topic and it's considered one of the seven school, even though banned.

Other possibilities (without solid lore verification) may include nethermancy(drawing energy directly from the Twisting Nether, not only can one absorb massive amounts of energy in this fashion, but the energy is apparently tainted and unsafe. Twilight Magics area possibility, though these bear a strong resemblance to Shadow Magic, which is permitted (there is also very little lore about Shadow Priests, suggesting that they evolved from the Twilight Magics not too long ago). Blood Magic is another possibility but you' have a hard time proving it as there's a quest in Netherguard Keep where the Kirin Tor commander sends you to a nearby dwarven blood mage, and you work with him to prevent a powerful demon from being summoned.The Blood Mage Kasim Sharim did live in the back of a cave filled with monsters, as did two SIn'dorei Blood Mages nearby, who were friendly to me as alliance. All the hiding suggests the discipline is less than approved of, but given that a Kirin Tor base commander sends you to meet a Blood Mage, it clearly is not viewed on the level of necromancy, and if banned it is likely not due to any dangers of studying the discipline,but because Kael'Thas and his minions used this form of magic out of hatred (any power can be used out of hatred - examples include Fandral Stagheim and Jaina's infamous balcony outburst). The Kirin Tor also look down on demonology, and while this is more in the realm of fel magic than arcane, I doubt the Kirin Tor would be pleased with their members binding demons.
