This is a possible reward from Provviste delle Mascotte Leggendarie dei Pandaren, other notable rewards include Panda delle Nevi and Panda di Montagna, it shares the same model as the Panda Rosso (if you haven't seen that one, it somewhat resembles a Procione). This particular variation has red fur on bottom blending into orange on top.

In my opinion, this one most closely resembles the classic FireFox :D.

Panda del Sole is one of 4 new panda companion pets available in patch 5.2.

are these things useful for fighting? i did the fabled beasts quest for 2 days in a row so far and got 2 Sunfur Panda's already. they do NPC for 64g and no1 seems to want them on my server anymore. I believe the drop rate of them was raised significantly in 5.4

Can anyone update as to the rate of pet drops in these bags. Wowhead suggests the three pets are at about 7-9% chance each, but I have opened 42 bags without a single pet. Even at 5% chance each per bag that’s unluckily to the tune of ~1/1000.
