This is the updated lv90 version of the reward from the daily quest to kill the Abominable Greench during Winter Veil (Che cattivone...), just like the Scrigno del Tesoro a Barile from Brewfest etc.

Assumably it will contain the same kind of things as last year, such as various toys and a lv90 version of Miniatura dell'Albero di Grande Inverno.

Guess that might mean that either the Abominable Greench get his area where people can queue up for or that the Winter Veil quests become like the Vale of Eternal Blossoms dailies where you have to do all the dailies and then get a final quest to go kill a boss mob.

Confirmed. It DOES have a chance for a new (that is, new id and new values) version of the Miniature Winter Veil Tree:

This is the reward from the winterveil daliy group quest You're a Mean One...

If you get there and people are already fighting him, you will also get the credits if you start attacking him.

And today i got the Clockwork Rocket Bot even though on its page it says "This item is no longer available within the game". And when i got it i also got the achievement Clockwork Rocket Bot even though its 2012.

also all you need to do is tag the greench and wait and you'll get credit, even if the cross faction group is killing it.

I just received an item called MiniZep Controller. It is a blue quality item that allows me to summon a controllable zeppelin that can fire a cannon and drop mines. It is on a 30 second cooldown. Dismissing or flying too far away cancels the effect and stuns you for 3 sec.I am unable to find the item in the wowhead database unfortunately.

Wowhead's stats are not accurate. I've received 13+ Clockwork Rocket Bots, 4 Lumps of Coal (Lumpy), and zero daggers as of Boxing Day 2012, 12 days in. I'm working the quest with a total of 12 toons (lvl 85+) on 2 different servers, and have missed only 1 toon on one day...so the Clockwork Rocket Bots do not have a 1 in 65 chance droprate as calculated over on Breanni's website; instead, it's considerably higher, more like 1 every day (some days it's 0, other days it's 2)...which comes out to roughly 1 in 12.

...With my luck, the dagger will drop on the wrong server. *sigh*

This can apparently contain Scatola del Piccolo Aiutante Putrido this year. I was just trying for Lumpy, and after doing it on 7 characters I ended up with that little guy. Unexpected! And now back to trying for Lumpy

Update day 2: While doing another 7 attempts for Lumpy (and not getting him), I got another one of these. Starting to think the drop rate is higher than Lumpy!
