Stop and think about this for a second. Naxx has been around for years upon years. Look at the description text on the Pet Battle Journal:

"Upon exiting the freezing necropolis of Naxxramas, Mr. Bigglesworth promptly found a warm spot in the sun to take a long nap in."

This little kitty's been stuck in howling cold for years upon years. Kel'thuzad was more evil than we ever knew.

2. Change character name to some variant of "evil".

3. Grind Naxx for this pet.

4. Hijack a mana bomb and hold Azeroth for ransom.

When you get this in your pet journal he is under the undead category. So either he was raised from the dead after adventures killed him out of spite, or more likely, when Mr. Bigglesworth died, Kel Thuzad was heart broken and would take any steps to get his kitten back, even if it meant taking up the dark arts of necromancy.

This pet can be obtained by completing Incursore animalista which is to collect all 12 of the newly-added classic raid pets: 3 each from Molten Core, Blackwing Lair, Temple of Ahn'Qiraj (AQ40), and Naxxramas.

~~Alternatively, he can drop from Kel'Thuzad in Naxxramas (spotted on 11/27/12). Not sure if this is intended or an oversight.~~

Edit: As of 11/28/12, Mr. Bigglesworth will no longer drop from Kel'Thuzad and can only be obtained by completing the aforementioned achievement.

He dropped for me today from KT 10man. I didn't think that was possible seeing how it's a reward but all the same very happy and he has a really cool summon animation.

Signor Bigolo doesn't get mailed it appears in your journal as soon as you get Incursore animalista. If it doesn't show just cast Riposo della Mascotte or use Benda per Mascotte da Combattimento or visit a stable master to revive pets or log in and out and it'll be there.

(edit: Also don't freak out but as of right now when you log into two other toons two extra Signor Bigolo appear in your journal! This is because Incursore animalista is a account wide achievement so when a alt "achieves" this (when they log in,) a new kitty is uploaded into your journal.)This 3 Mr. Bigglesworth phenomenon has been hot fixed (thanks gregorym for the hot tip!)

~~ATM in PTR any pets purchased off AH no longer count towards this achievement, you need to loot the pets for it to count.This may change when 5.2 hits live.~~ Purchased pets still count, thanks AriesShion

To get this pet quickly, you can trade the criteria pets with friends guild mates etc and just trade back after if you have all the pets between you. Making it a hell of a lot easier than grinding them yourself/cheaper than buying them of the AH. I just met up with my gm in org we caged our pets and had a quick trade then both walked away extremely happy with our kitty :)

Bit of a captain obvious comment, I know but you'd be surprised how many people don't think of it.

I wish he would howling blast any critters that get too close, much like the creepy crate. It would only be fitting considering how many times he has died. I'm sure there is some pent up kitty rage.

I thought my dream team of KT, Mr.B, and Frosty would just get rekt by Critters, but turns out this kitty can gnaw on them.

Mr. Bigglesworth solos Yu'la like a champ. Done Celestial Tourney dozens of times and only once did I have to get another pet out for the last hit.

Claw, Ice Tomb, Wall, Pass, Claw, Claw

Rinse, repeat.
