Plants a keg on the ground your allies can right click. I guess they're directly drinking from the spigot, as you get the drinking animation afterwards and get tipsy, and don't get anything actually in your inventory when you right click it after putting down. Good way to celebrate a boss kill though!

Whenever I'm doing an instance, I plant this on the ground before pulling the final boss and say, "Alright, drunk boss fight time!"

Probably the best thing to happen to boss fights. Ever.

This is one of the quickest ways to get TOTALLY SMASHED!

It doesn't really have any cooldown on being spam-clicked, and it's fairly strong stuff. Plant it on the ground and clickclickclickclickclick! Smashed and vomiting, super quickly!

Definitely one of the few vanity items I keep around... sometimes I like to make it a "holy" keg with the Totem dell'Armonia

Not to be a grammar Nazi but.... ever notice how the item name (Jin Warmkeg's Brew) doesn't match what it's called in the description (Jin Warmbrew's Keg)? It'll probably get fixed eventually...

For anyone who just wants the item, There are no quests you must complete before this, You can just start it straight away and get the item, I just flew down to the village, got the quest off the guy and got my Brew

Be careful where and when you put this down. The ale is VERY potent and having your raid literally blind drunk could be...problematic.

Fun fact for rogues with this item
you can Shadowstep to it - allowing you to get to those hard to reach places in no fly zones or maybe even get into places you shouldn't
or what ever other silly stuff you might think of

though sadly I suspect that this might eventually get "fixed"
