This item is sold by Zia Triplo Malto who are located in Birrificio Triplo Malto. It allows you to jump extra high. I find this kind of useless and annoying, as your unable to jump forward or backward, only straight up.

Acqua Gassata a level +32's mana drink, which restores 2332 mana over 20 seconds ~~+85's mana drink, which restores 100k mana over 10 seconds.~~
Acqua Frizzante which adds shimmering particles to your character. Has a small chance on hit or when a spell is cast to throw out more party particles.
Birra a Tripla Fermentazione which instantly makes you super drunk. It is recommended not to drink this before starting the dungeon.
Birra degli Sgugga Cattivi which transform you into a "party" Hozen for 10 minutes. The transformation is purely cosmetic, and works through shapeshifts.
