These things drop like mad when you're actually on the quest, so don't believe the drop rate. During the quest, the drop rate is around about 80%-90%. I killed 9 of the listed ghouls to get the 7 I needed.

It seemed about 33% to me. Anyway, the point is, it's not as low as it says on the site, but then you should probably know that by now anyways.

I got three in a row, then the next ten proceeded to drop nothing but cloth and coppers. The drop rate is apparently as iffy as, well... it's probably best not to insult anyone. It's not a brilliant drop rate, just luck if you get them fast.

I'm a little unlucky with drop rates but it seems like 25% to me maybe less..

For me these had a horid drop rate, maybe I was just unlucky. Maybe one 1 of every 7 kills.

Kill the Flesh Eaters they have the highest drop rate around 90% i think :)
