does it function in kunlai instances or just the actual overworld zone, because 5% spirit is pretty decent for healers or shadow priests elemental shamans.

usable on sha of rage also I guess but its not like he's hard anyway

As a warrior, I destroyed this item almost as soon as it found its way in my bags. Not only is the Spirit buff of no use to me, but I'm generally always pressed for space. The item doesn't seem to have any pertinent use. Don't be afraid to destroy this, my guess is outside of the occasional Sha group, you will most likely never use this again.

Doesn't appear to be a "Toy Box" item, although I really have no idea why. I'm keeping it in my freshly-leveled Warlock's bank in case they change their mind later (along with several other unique/novelty items that I gained from questing).

Sacca Rituale di Iuta is one of 12 unlimited-use zone-specific buff items available in game. It is usable only in Massiccio del Kun-Lai.
Sacca Rituale di Iuta is rewarded from the quest Il Sentiero della Iuta: all'Avamposto della Iuta.

The other items are:

Scheggia del Vuoto Cicatrizzante - sold by Maga da Guerra Kath'leen at Deliverance Point in Riva Dispersa, Broken Isles. Requires Honored with Armata Spezzalegione.
Suggello dell'Eterno Guerriero - has a chance to drop from Gar'lok, a rare mob found in the Distese del Terrore, Pandaria.
Fronda Semprefiorente - rewarded from the quest Preoccupazioni cenariane obtained from a Locanda di Calaluna / Taverna di Rocciafredda Livello 1 in your Garrison.
Mola delle Anime - rewarded from the Garrison campaign quest Sopravvivere alla Mola delle Anime (A) / Sopravvivere alla Mola delle Anime (H).
Mania Instabile - has a chance to be contained in Tesoro degli Altomaglio which is the reward for the last player alive in Colosseo which is accessed from the Santuario del Gladiatore Livello 3.
These cannot be obtained anymore:

Pozione Illimitata della Scaltrezza del Combattente, Pozione Illimitata dell'Abilità del Combattente, Pozione Illimitata della Potenza del Combattente - items were sold by Trellis Brezzamarina (A) at the Bizmo's Brawlpub in Tram degli Abissi / Paul Nurt (H) at the Arena dei Combattenti but were removed from the vendors. They are still available to players who bought them.
Pozione dell'Agilità Draenoriana del Combattente, Pozione dell'Intelletto Draenoriana del Combattente, Pozione della Forza Draenoriana del Combattente - items were sold by Trellis Brezzamarina (A) at the Bizmo's Brawlpub in Tram degli Abissi / Paul Nurt (H) at the Arena dei Combattenti.
