This epic necklace drops from High Inquisitor Whitemane at the scarlet cathedral on heroic difficulty. It's mainly designed for melee dps classes (warriors, paladins and deathknights).
As it is Whitemanes only epic drop it has a higher itemlevel than the rest of her blue loot. It also seems to have a low droprate.

It just drops from High Inquisitor Whitemane at the scarlet cathedral but it was LFR. First time i seen epic drops on LFR

dropped from whitename on my first LFR run, won it as I was the only plate wearer. seems to have and extremely low drop rate. Would have exchanged it for the bindings or the eye I have been farming it MC and that have a 3% drop chance, this has apparently a 0,3%.
I guess its a good pre-raid item.

The name of this item comes from Greek mythology, being named after Helios, the personification of the sun.

The stat distribution on this necklace is identical to Girocollo della Morsa dell'Anima off of Gara'jal il Vincolaspiriti in the Raid Finder version of Segrete Mogu'shan.
