While it's not mentioned in the tooltip, once put down the leftovers will disappear after 10 "uses", like a regular 10-men feast.

The site is currently tagging this item as "unavailable to players," but I can confirm that you can indeed get this from Nomi's daily bag once you've trained him all the way.

Received one of these from Goodies from Nomi today.
Even though it's not in the tooltip this item is not consumed on use and instead has a 1 sec cast to place down at your chosen location and then goes on cooldown for 30mins.(##RESPBREAK##)2060##DELIM##Sas148##DELIM##

I have not gotten this on live, but have looted it from Nomi's bag twice on the 5.2 PTR this month; I have no idea of the drop rate, or if it's been changed between 5.1 and 5.2, but it is definitely available to players at the moment.

Got mine to just now from daily quest from Nomi's bag. Nice that is usable more than once. A lil feast from a lil Panda. Awsome!

Can't believe no one has mentioned that this most likely is a reference to Sæhrímnir in Norse mythology. Sæhrímnir is a boar that each night is slaughtered and eaten, only to resurrect the next day ready to be slaughtered and eaten again. The fact that this item doesn't disappear when used (until used 10 times) and uses a boar icon/model makes this even more obvious.

One should note that this does not give any food buff making it almost useless.

Interesting note, there is no reticle when you go to place this, it actually shows the feast "as is" until it goes out of range then you get the red circle with a line through it reticle thingy.

This is a neat item, but with no stat buff and a 30m cooldown it's not that practical. It would have been nice to have something that wouldn't diminish "regular" feasts (like +275 mastery) or something niche like a Dragonbreath Chili effect.

I only ever get this on my mage, which of course makes it pointless. It would be lovely if it were at least account-bound, so I could send it to a char without Refreshment Table. I hate to delete useful stuff.

I got mine yesterday from the Kor'kron Supplies crate, along with almost one of every raid flask in MoP.
I found mine in the Siege of Orgrimmar raid, at the Dark Shamans. They can be looted while clearing trash and a boss kill is not required.

Avanzi Perpetui is one of six unlimited-use food items available in game.
Avanzi Perpetui is contained in Beni da Nomi which is a quest reward from Un segno di ringraziamento.

The other items are:

Bottino della Raccolta (creates Pane del Raccolto) - mailed to players after completing Onore all'eroe (A) / Onore all'eroe (H) during the Harvest Festival.
Foglia di Sottospora Perpetua (creates Baccello di Sottospora) - item is now unobtainable.
Bocciolo dell'Abbondanza di Ba'ruun - a guaranteed drop from Ba'ruun, a rare mob found in Valle di Torvaluna, Draenor (location: 53, 16).
Pasto Delizioso di Talador - contained in Cestino della Merenda del Caposquadra, a treasure found in Talador, Draenor (location: 57.39, 28.66).
Succo di Funghi Stigio Senza Fondo - contained in Scorta di Funghi dei Guerci Insanguinati, a treasure found in Giungla di Tanaan, Draenor (cave entrance: 44.6, 77.5 / treasure location: 49.9, 76.8).
