While the buff is the same as Banchetto alla Birra, this will serve 25 people instead of 10; plan ahead and pay attention to which one you're making so you don't waste mats.

This is the most expensive banquet to make regarding the ingridients and it grants the worst stat bonus (all other banquets grant +275 to the specific stat class, for example Great Banquet of the Pot grants +275 int for int classes and +250 for all other classes).
This should be fixed to grant +275 to all stat classes, otherwise this banquet is useless and will only be done for completing cooking quests.

I just made what SHOULD have been my last one of these seeing as I was only 7 skill points short of maxing Way of the Brew. I was under the impression that the 8^ next to it on my cooking page meant I would be getting 8 skill points from it, not 6. My mistake! -.-

Note that after 8.0, crafting these Banquets no longer grant 5 skill points, they only grant a single point in cooking. This makes them not cost effective at all for crafting and it may be best to not craft them at all until Blizzard changes the mat cost or returns them to granting the correct amount of skill points.
