While the buff is the same as Gran Banchetto alla Griglia, this will serve 10 people instead of 25; plan ahead and pay attention to which one you're making so you don't waste mats.

Banquet of the Grill gives an extra 25 (275) if your primary stat is Strength.
It gives tanks +375 Stamina.
Banquet of the Wok gives extra Agility (275)
Banquet of the Oven gives extra Stamina (415)
Banquet of the Pot gives extra Intellect (275)
Banquet of the Steamer gives extra Spirit (275)

This is the new 10-man feast in the game as of 5.0. It offers 250 stats for 10 people (375 if Stamina is your stat) or 275 if Strength is your stat. However, the other 10-man feasts offer 250 stats plus extra stats depending on which one you make:
Wok 275 Agility, 375 Stamina;
Oven 415 Stamina;
Steamer 275 Spirit, 375 Stamina;
Pot 275 Intelligence, 375 Stamina;
Brew 375 Stamina;
Grill 275 Strength, 375 Stamina.

And the Pandaren Banquet offer 275 Stats/415 Stam for everyone.

However, if you make your own food, you get the benefit of extra stat points.

For example:
Sea Mist Rice Noodles = 300 Agility
Steamed Crab Surprise = 300 Spirit
Chun Tian Spring Rolls = 450 Stamina
Mogu Fish Stew = 300 Intellect
Black Pepper Ribs and Shrimp = 300 Strength

This will feed up to 10 people in your raid or party, If you are just looking at leveling your cooking skill up then this is probably the best because it awards 5 up for half the reagents (+ one 100 Year Soy Sauce if you make the second) of the Great Banquet of the Grill that will only give you 8 up.
If you raid a lot of 25 man raids or do Raid Finder, the Great Banquet of the Grill maybe more useful at the price of perhaps taking longer to level up your cooking. Tho I have never had a problem not having someone spawn a Banquet in Raid Finder.

100 Year Soy Sauce - Sold by Nam Ironpaw for 1 Ironpaw Token

Redbelly Mandarin - Can be found in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms or Townlong Steppes. Check both places, the best depends on the number of people fishing these up and where they are doing it. You'll find these pools along side Jewel Danio Schools and Emperor Salmon Schools; I chose to fish these up as well. The Jeweled can be used for the Great Pandaren Banquet, Pandaren Banquet or Steamed Crab Surprise; so there should be quite a demand on your server. Emperor Salmon is useful for Way of the Steamer.

Raw Crab Meat - Dread Wastes has the highest drop and fastest respawn from the Rockshell Snapclaw. Also while you are there Brineshell Snapper are in the area as well and have great drop rates of Raw Turtle Meat for Way of the Oven

White Turnip - These are not worth trying to get as drops with a 1-2% drop rate. The best way is to get Sack of White Turnips (25 White Turnip) from Nam Ironpaw for 1 Ironpaw Token or you can buy White Turnip Seeds from Merchant Greenfield and plant them in your farm (each Seed when planted produces 5 White Turnips).

Note that after 8.0, crafting these Banquets no longer grant 5 skill points, they only grant a single point in cooking. This makes them not cost effective at all for crafting and it may be best to not craft them at all until Blizzard changes the mat cost or returns them to granting the correct amount of skill points.
