This bag is obtained through use of the Richiamo di Wikky l'Aiutante.

Make sure you have a spot open in your bags or else you won't receive the Sacca di Oggetti Utili and he will despawn.

If you are in water when he spawns he drowns and dies.

Helpful Wikky Whistle buff AND bag can be shared if you have someone else other than the summoner talk to him, but don't take too long as he will despawn and be careful because you can only have one bag in your inventory at a time..

It is possible to get 2 bags per whistle. Of course this depends on how fast you autoloot the bag. Using the addon Turn in you can just skip through the dialog to talk to him. I autolooted it and then used my interact with target keybind and got a second bag at the last second!

Bag of helpful things is unique, even though it lacks it in description. Attempting to accept another from Wikki when you have one already in backpack will result in error (Can't have more of those items). I tried to save some space by not taking elixirs out, and on next collection, Wikki just run off wasting the cooldown.

I created a very simple addon called Wikky's Whistle Helper.
It will display a raid warning and play a warning sound every time Wikky appears (or more specifically says anything, which always happens when he spawns).
No need to reset cache!
You can get it from Curse website. Hope you will find it useful!

I have a serious question: If we use the whistle in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms, will the Bag have a chance of dropping a skyshard?

be careful if you're getting your 50 kills during dailies: "vehicle" kills seem to count (klaxxi and golden lotus specifically), and if you're riding on the back of a cloud serpent or mantid or kunchong, wikky won't be able to deliver the bag to you.

if you've already sent him out to forage, finish out your kills before attempting these quests.

Another great place to quickly bag the 50 kills necessary for Wikky l'Aiutante to bring you your Sacca di Oggetti Utili is the Terrace of Ten Thunders in The Jade Forest (44.50, 15.40). The Spirito Anticos that continuously spawn from the two little pylons die quick to AoE. Can have your loot in less than 5 minutes from the time you whistled the whistle. :)

Kinda disappointing theres no an ultimately extremely rare item, I mean sure I like free things as much as the next guy, but some motivation would have been nice

Usefull when you are farming Mote of Harmony for some small extra Loot but overall kinda useless drops
