Dropped by Nal'lak the Ripper (a rare elite in Valley of the Four Winds).
Using it summons a Whirlwind of Blades guardian to fight with you.
It has around 20k health, and lasts for 10 minutes. It can be targeted and attacked like any other guardian so can die before the time runs out, otherwise it will follow you even while flying (but not aggroing anything or attacking).
While active and in combat it will move towards your target and will use Lama Turbinosa roughly every 2 seconds, hitting for around 4600 physical damage. Roughly a 13k dps trinket, but aoe so multiplied by the number of targets.
If fighting less than 3 enemies at once, consider using Cassa di Cuccioli Rapiti or both.

For those interested, the model of the swords that swirl around is Lama della Ferocia.

Not a very good item compared to Terracotta Fragment which can tank, take far more DMG (~800k HP), hits for about the same, and can be used outside Pandaria.

Perhaps not the best of the rarespawn drops... but I'm gonna try this out when I do my run through Kara this week... as a Disc Priest that extra AOE may come in real handy when I'm rounding up the trash, and I imagine that my Atonement heals/Divine Shield bubbles will apply to it just like they do to the other summonable guardians.
