Found this inside in Kun-Lai Summit near Mount Neverest, in Emperor Rikktik's Rest, which is a cave that witholds the Tomb of the Hozen leader Emperor Rikktik. In the cave there's a stone tomb on which sits, or well, occasionally stands, a "statue" of the Emperor that changes position (perhaps this has to do with the name of the mountain the tomb is next to?). Placed next to that statue you can sometimes find Scrigno di Riggatigga.

Clicked the tiny chest open it and inside was this comb and 51 gold.

This is an item you pick up off the ground next to the monkey statue in Kun-Lai Summit at COORDINATES 52, 51 in a cave. It comes with 51g and has a 105g vendor price!

I believe you must be a certain level to see these, perhaps 85+? I came to this cave on my 35 monk, and the chest did not appear for me, but it did appear for my level 90 friend who gave me a ride to the cave. I was hoping to find out how much exp a 35 monk would receive, but this is still an interesting detail to be aware of.

Pettine di Riggatigga is located inside the object/container Scrigno di Riggatigga, which may be found at coordinates 52.57, 51.54 next to the statue of Emperor Rikktik, inside a cave called Emperor Rikktik's Rest, in the Valley of Emperors, in Massiccio del Kun-Lai.

To set a TomTom Waypoint:
/way Kun-Lai Summit 52.57 51.54 Rikktik's Tiny Chest

Pettine di Riggatigga may be sold to a vendor for 105 Gold.

This find *does count* as a "Treasure of Pandaria": It increased my count of treasures found toward Le ricchezze di Pandaria, so I assume that it also counts for Il tesoro di Pandaria, La fortuna di Pandaria and Il bottino di Pandaria.

There is a "FLAG - quest" ( FLAG - Rikktik's Tick Remover ) for opening Scrigno di Riggatigga, which means that you can only do it once per toon - ever. Here's a little macro command that you can use to see if you've already opened it:
/run print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(31419))
A result of true means that you have it already, and false means you haven't opened it yet.

This item is inside a cave named "Emperor Rikktik's Rest", in Kun-Lai Summit. The cave entrance is located at 52.2, 50.9 (about halfway between One Keg and Peak of Serenity if you don't use a coordinate addon).

The item is inside of "Rikktik's Tiny Chest", which is a tiny chest on the front-right corner of the Emperor Rikktik statue base (looking at the front of the statue). Opening the chest gave me Rikktik's Tick Remover, a grey item that vendors for 105 gold, as well as 51 gold, 26 silver, 47 copper. Does award credit for "Bounty of Pandaria" achievement.

Observation of the Emperor Rikktik statue: If you stand there long enough, the statue changes poses. Freaked me out at first, as I was not expecting it to move haha.
