Having got the quest "Ready for Greatness" in Halfhill in Pandaria which requires making 5 Rice Puddings, I have no idea why this is listed under Deepholm.
More to the point, when I try to cook the necessary Rice Puddings I get the message "Missing Ingredient: Wildfowl Breast"!
Still, that's beta for you I suppose... And I never cared for Rice Pudding in any case...

Here's a list of all of the new, Pandaria Expertise foods:

Pounded Rice Cake - +100
Red Bean Bun - +200
Rice Pudding - +275
Spicy Vegetable Chips - +300

It's worth noting that now that Casters get +hit from +expertise items, this is an easy way to get a +275 Hit food buff (0.81% @ lvl90) that has entirely vendor-bought ingredients. The actual +hit food, Zuppa di Uccello Selvatico al Ginseng, requires Petto di Uccello Selvatico which is a common drop, but still requires farming.

I got the quest, but Sungshin will not teach me the recipe. Nor is there any hint of what I'm supposed to do to get her to teach me the recipe.

Edit: OK, just sorta buggy. Apparently I needed 525 cooking. Wish it could either have told me that or just waited until I did to offer me the quest. Then when I did get it she still wouldn't give it to me until I did something else, I can't remember what, but totally off the wall.
