Since it needs only a skill of 150 in First Aid to use, a level 5 character can in theory use these if provided sufficient mats to level to 150.

Note that 1 mageweave bandage is worth more from the vendor than 1 mageweave cloth. If you don't want to Auction your mageweave, better to sell the bandages to the vendor than the raw mats.

1 mageweave cloth = 2 silver 50 copper
1 mageweave bandage = 3 silver 40 copper

Although the first aid skill was removed with the BFA Pre-Patch, the bandages are still available in the game and can now only be made by tailors. For all other professions the different types of cloth are still required for a couple of recipes. So check your recipes to see if you can use the cloth before you sell it through auction house or to a vendor.
