Well, since no one else made the joke, I'll say it again. This will be the fastest of the JC mounts, because it's the RED one.

As of right now (Beta Build 5.0.4) this and the other patterns may be purchased from San Scaglia Rossa. He is located just beside the flight master at the Cloud Riders encampment.

This recipe can be bought for 200g from San Redscale, once you are Honored with The Order of the Cloud Serpent.
He is located a bit south of the Order of the Cloud Serpent area (His coords are 57,44)

The total amount of mats required to make this beauty:

x1 Globo del Mistero (This is sold from Big Keech for 20,000 gold or 18,000 gold each, with the Guild Perk)
x20 Rubino Primordiale (Rare quality Red gem)
x4 Acciaio Vivente (Made by Alchemists, by Transmuting)
x2 Occhio della Serpe (Made by combining 10 Sparkling Shards, an item found through Prospecting)

This is just one of the new amazing Jewelcrafting mounts.
The patterns can be bought from San Redscale - once you have the required reputation with The Order of the Cloud Serpent

Sunstone Panther - Requires Honored and 200g
Jade Panther - Requires Honored and 200g
Ruby Panther - Requires Revered and 200g

This mount requires:
600 Oreficeria to make(but not to use!)
1 Globo del Mistero sold by Grande Keech in The Vale of Eternal Blossoms for 20,000gold (18000gold with guild perk )
20 Rubino Primordiale which you can find in numerous containers and get from Estrazione, Prospezione and transmuting.
4 Acciaio Vivente which are made by using Alchimia. There are two spells that can make Acciaio Vivente. One requires 6 Lingotto di Trillio and has a 1 day cooldown (Trasmutazione: Acciaio Vivente) while the other requires 3 Lingotto di Trillio and 3 Spirito dell'Armonia and has no cooldown (Segreti dell'Acciaio).
2 Occhio della Serpe which are sold by Danky in the Shrine of Seven Stars and by Krystel in the Shrine of Two Moons . They each sell them for 1 Spirito dell'Armonia. They can also be created using 10 Scheggia Sfavillante which are found while Prospezione.

This panther mount combined withPantera di Pietrasole, Pantera di Zaffiro, and Pantera di Giada creates the slightly larger Pantera d'Onice Ingioiellata. Note that to create the Pantera d'Onice Ingioiellata all 4 panthers (Pantera di Pietrasole, Pantera di Zaffiro, Pantera di Giada and Pantera di Rubino) must be in your bags UNUSED.

The recipes requires reputation with Ordine della Serpe delle Nubi and 200gold, each.
