Spiedino di Pollo alle Arachidi is needed for the Cucina dei Pandaren achievement, but otherwise you might just sell this to a vendor - it does not offer the best food-gain for hit rating. If you want to see a list of consumables with better hit buffs, use this filter.

Both hit and expertise will be removed from the game in the upcoming Warlords of Draenor expansion, according to the Beta Patch Notes. The notes also say that hit and expertise bonuses on all items and item enhancements will be converted into critical strike, haste, or mastery. So based on that, one might assume that food items that give a buff to hit or expertise would still offer some other stat benefit instead.

I have a few hundred of these, it was my favourite food.

as of 6.0.2 I try to use one and i get an error "Item not found".

This item, among other WoW food inspires me to cook similiar things irl. Made a chicken kebab and cashew peanut curry sauce, pretty much Indian style. They went well together.

Obviusly there are more combinations, mine was really worth the time and effort I suggest to the cooking fans to try it out.

It's all about improvising and discovering new flavours!
