One of the new (with Mists) soulbound grays with flavor text. Unknown yet if they'll be valuable with some rep, or if the flavor text is to justify their high vendor value.

Edited to add: At least revered now with every faction, I can say with some certainty that there's no rep value to be had here. Looks like just grays with a high vendor value. I'll check back in at exalted, though I don't have high hopes. If you're holding onto these, reclaim your bag space!

I'm speculating these are a gift for Sho of the Tillers. Sho states that he (or she) is scared of birds and likes feathers. However, one is not enough to be a gift, if it works for that at all.
