It would be ridiculous if it did work outside of Kun'lai: the summit would quickly become crowded with raiders and dungeon delvers getting these to twink their way through practically anything.

Consuming one of these gives you a 15 second buff that gives you:

All damage increased by 10%
Attack and Spell Casting Speed increased by 30%
Movement speed increased by 30%

Looks as though there's no debuff from using these too much, and you can use them back to back once the 15 second cooldown on the berry expires.

Does not stack with any Druid speed buffs that I can tell... Cat Form, Travel Form, etc.

I use these while killing Sha and other rares, they really help quite a bit.

I didn't see any bushes where these berries would come from.

But I did see a lot of dead goats.

We're probably not supposed to ask just exactly where these 'berries' come from.

These things are like a portable Bloodlust while in the area, if you're going to kill the local rare spawns or possibly use while fighting the Sha of Anger, these things are like fried gold.

Seen people bug em and get more then one stack and have insane haste as in soloing sha insane

To be absolutely specific, these berries don't work just anywhere in Kun Lai, only the sub-zone Kota Peak itself, thereby making the item rather lackluster. Other than using it for Ski'thik or for lowbies trying to quest, there's really no use for them.

This is an easter egg, surprised no-one had mentioned this already. There is an actual coffee made from coffee beans that have been eaten and shat out by the Asian palm civet.
