Maybe we will see multiple strange things. Like unicorns or rainbows maybe a dragon flying in the air. Or a unicorn ridding a dragon with a rainbow trail as it flies.

Not sure if it is working correctly at the moment on Beta . Took around 30 and only saw or experienced a few effects. Perhaps it does not change effect until buff runs out. So far it produced the following:

Initially, using the item creates a green, cloudy buff aura (see screenshot) which dissipates after a few seconds. This happens each time with a buff sound. The buff gained is called 'Ling-Ting's Herbal Journey'

Golden Hopling - One time it produced a small green coloured creature, I guess linked to hops for making beer and it hops! Little bit like a small virem. It appeared in front of me about 5 yards away and disappeared once I took the next one so no chance of a screenshot sadly. It did not do much but little time to see if it followed etc.
Shadow Priest type buff to Vendor - Vendor effected by a Shadow Priest type buff. Had a curious, rather evil effect on the NPC Pandaren, Auntie Stormstout(see screenshot). This effect lasted a long time.
Blow Bubbles, Increasing Underwater Sound Effect - This was happening pretty much all the time and seemed to increase after a few items were consumed. Bubbles rising from the mouth (see screenshot) and underwater, bubble rising sound with creaking of wooden decking and water dripping.

Not sure if intended but currently, clicked off the buff did not stop the drunk effect, which is very strong. So watch out if you are about to enter the dungeon ;) Normally clicking off the buff removes this effect.

I took around 30 and only saw these effects. I did expect more. Perhaps you have to let the buff time out to see another effect. Clicking off buff did not seem to change it. Perhaps related to the 'drunk' effect also continuing. Given it is beta it is perhaps not working correctly yet. I anticipate more effects.

There are relief buckets that make you sober when you right click them. There is one on the left next to the 2nd archway when you first walk inside the instance.

The purpose of this is to collect the golden hoplings for this achievement:

Viaggio da Erbalista di Ling-Ting

They're usually near doorways or walls. Keep an eye out, I found several going through today wondering what the heck they were for.

This item is sold by Zia Triplo Malto who are located in Birrificio Triplo Malto. It allows you to see and collect Cucciolo di Leproratto Dorato who are used for the achivement Viaggio da Erbalista di Ling-Ting. They can be collected after the dungeon is done.

Besides this item, Auntie Stormstout also sells the following:

Cobo Cola a level +35's mana drink, which restores 3500 mana over 20 seconds ~~+90's mana drink, which restores 200k mana over 20 seconds~~
Bevanda Effervescente which allows you to jump extra high. I find this kind of useless and annoying, as your unable to jump forward or backward, only straight up.
Acqua Gassata a level +32's mana drink, which restores 2332 mana over 20 seconds ~~+85's mana drink, which restores 100k mana over 10 seconds.~~
Acqua Frizzante which adds shimmering particles to your character. Has a small chance on hit or when a spell is cast to throw out more party particles.
Birra a Tripla Fermentazione which instantly makes you super drunk. It is recommended not to drink this before starting the dungeon.
Birra degli Sgugga Cattivi which transform you into a "party" Hozen for 10 minutes. The transformation is purely cosmetic, and works through shapeshifts.

I can confirm you can do this in a party, I did this with my brother today, and those he took counted for me as well, and vise versa.

Tè Preferito di Ling-Ting is used to obtain Cucciolo di Leproratto. which is a reward from Viaggio da Erbalista di Ling-Ting.

Purchase Tè Preferito di Ling-Ting from Zia Triplo Malto which will enable you to see Cucciolo di Leproratto Dorato throughout Birrificio Triplo Malto.

Be sure to purchase more than one Tè Preferito di Ling-Ting as the buff only lasts five minutes.

Cucciolo di Leproratto Dorato can be targetd and marked with a macro:

/target Golden Hopling
/script SetRaidTarget("target",4)

This should make obtaining Viaggio da Erbalista di Ling-Ting while in a group go by much quicker without holding up the party!
