The other possible Decks are:

Mazzo dello Yak, which starts the Quest Mazzo dello Yak di Lunacupa. The Quest-Reward is Reliquia di Niuzao.
Mazzo della Gru, which starts the Quest Mazzo della Gru di Lunacupa. The Quest-Reward is Reliquia di Chi-Ji.
Mazzo della Serpe, which starts the Quest Mazzo della Serpe di Lunacupa. The Quest-Reward is Reliquia di Yu'lon.

For each Quest you gain 350 Reputation with Fiera di Lunacupa

The Cards for the Decks are created by Mistero delle Nebbie or Carta di Lunacupa Nebbiosa

Now this might be stating the obvious but if your go by what it says here you can combine a combo of 7 cards to create a deck,
well thats certainly the impression that it gives.
Just to clarify you need all 8 cards to finish a deck(the tooltip is correct) no combos work :)

For Green Tea Leaf, Rain Poppy, Silkweed or Snow Lily multiply the per stack price by 9.523* to find the cost of the herbs to make a card.

For Fool's Cap, multiply the per stack price by 6.25 to find the cost of the herbs to make a card.

I couldn't find any information on milling Desecrated Herb so I can't calculate a cost factor for that herb.

*Here's the math Green Tea Leaf, Rain Poppy, Silkweed or Snow Lily:

     According to comments on wowhead.com each stack makes 10 Shadow Pigment and 1.1 Misty Pigments.

     You need 2 Misty Pigments to make a Starlight Ink and 2 Shadow Pigments to make 1 Ink of Dreams.

     So, each stack gives you the equivalent of .55 (1.1/2) Starlight Inks and 5 (10/2) Ink of Dreams

     Ink of Dreams can be traded 10:1 for Starlight Ink, so 5 Ink of Dreams = .5 Starlight Inks.

     Therefore each stack provides the equivalent of 1.05 (.55+.5) Starlight Inks

     You need 10 Starlight Inks to make a card: 10/1.05= 9.523 stacks required to make a card.

     Cost per Card =10/((1.1/2)+((10/2)/10))

Suggesting something simple but understated at the auction house for the non-inscriptionist hopeful:

Check out how much these decks costs on the AH compared to buying up the corresponding cards. Compare the total. You may save a lot of money by simply buying the cards individually than purchasing the complete deck. Alt-tab and bring up your calculator program for help.

On my server, I did the exact thing, saving about 6000 gold by buying them up individually compared to the buyout price (9637 vs 15k). The savings may be modest to some, but it was such a simple alternative and took a few minutes to calculate the numbers. I did this in one night.

People who take a longer approach to the deck may save even more money since they are not in a rush, and the prices for individual cards will fluctuate over time. Such patient people will be able to buy cards when they happen to be at a lower cost. Kudos to them!

The Darkmoon trinkets have proven to last a long time for their respective expansions, so it's value will not decrease as quickly as other trinkets (even those higher in item level). In this way, you could get a powerful trinket without breaking your bank... As much.

Having said that, you probably do not want to wait too long if you want to get the most mileage for your money (when a more powerful trinket is introduced later in the game), depending on how much you actually spent on your trinket. The more you spent on it; the more time you would feel you should use it to "pay for itself".
