I tested with the druid talent feline swiftness and i went from 115% to 124%$ so it does indeed stack with the tier 1 druid talents.

Does NOT stack with Passo del Pandaren for Sciamano or Lupo Spettrale ; ;

Sciamano=100% move speed
Lupo Spettrale=130% move speed
Sciamano+Passo del Pandaren=108% move speed
Lupo Spettrale+Passo del Pandaren=140% move speed
Sciamano+Passo del Pandaren+Diamante Primordiale Lesto=108% move speed
Lupo Spettrale=Passo del Pandaren+Diamante Primordiale Lesto=140% move speed

As of the WoD pre-patch (6.0) this now stacks with the pandaren's step enchant.

~~As of 6.0.2, this along with other movement speed increasing items such as Diamante Fuoco Celeste Celere and enchants (+speed on Cloak/boots) do now stack additively. More info.~~ Just kidding! Nerfed in 6.1 to no longer stack past 10% unless you have +speed stat gear, was fun for the short period it lasted.

Seems to have been nerfed again in 6.1, this no longer gives me a speed buff, along with the Boar boot enchant.
