To get to 575 cooking you can start with
Ricetta: Costata di Tigre alla Griglia mats: Costato di Tigre x 1 which is found in the Foresta di Giada the 85-86 level zone so easier to get. Anything that looks like a tiger in MOP all zones can drop steak. Best places depends on your level.
Ricetta: Pesce Primavera, mats: Dipnoo di Giada x 2 which is found in the Foresta di Giada the 85-86 level zone so easier to get.

Sold by TBD, Seems to be "auto learned" when you hit levels in "Way of the Grill" (575?). It requires 575 cooking so will be tight first first few weeks into MOP. Orange from 575-594, Yellow 595-549 grey at 605.

This is currently the only way to get the +300 strength food buff. It requires 600 skill in the way of the grill.

If you are a serious raider you'll want to get hold of some of these so you should get going with farming cabbage at your farm at halfhill. The black pepper required is only available from Ironpaw Tokens, so make sure you do the daily cooking quest in Halfhill as often as possible, you can also get ironpaw tokens from handing in food or buy them for spirits of harmony in your capital city.
