"Medium" level Strength food for MOP, +275 strength versus

Ricetta: Pesce Primavera, mats: Dipnoo di Giada x 2 & Melone Striato x 5

Learned from Kol Ironpaw <Master of the Grill>, Kol Zampa Forte 53.0, 51.4 Valley of the Four winds. It requires 550 cooking so will be first first in MOP. Orange from 550-594, Yellow 595-599 grey at 605.

To get to 550 cooking you can start with
Ricetta: Costata di Tigre alla Griglia mats: Costato di Tigre x 1 which is found in the Foresta di Giada the 85-86 level zone so easier to get.

Cooking required mats from Meats from Mobs/Fishing and Veggies from Mobs or Tiller faction (farms in Valley of the four winds). It requires 550 cooking so will be first first few weeks into MOP. Orange from 550-594, Yellow 595-549 grey at 605.

+300 strength Ricetta: Mare e Monti al Pepe Nero from Pepe Nero x 1, Gambero Mantide Gigante x 5, Costolette di Mushan x 5, Cavolo Verde x 25

Will be in demand on MOP release +45-60 days. Get out your Canna da Pesca Ingioiellata ready or have the kids "bonus" allowance ready for some power cast sessions.

Sho is located at either (29.6, 30.6) crouched above the hozen, or at Halfhill.

When you are level 90, if you have Pesce Primavera x5 in your pack she will offer you a daily to turn those in to her for rep.
One Eternal Blossom Fish is made with Dipnoo di Giada x1 and Melone Striato x5
When you are level 90, her favourite gift is Mela Appetitosa along with Jogu l'Ubriaco

Best Friends with Sho
When she is your Best Friend, an orange tree will appear on the farm.
She will also post you a Grillo Rosso, acompanion pet.

She'll come and lurk on top on the bale of hay near the watering can.
If she's at the market she will not come to your farm and you must wait for a day when she is at "home" ontop of the hozen ridge where so many dailies are completed.

Tied up with the new Pandaren cooking, and the Tiller's reputation are some individual "reputations" associated with ten npcs which are located around Halfhill and the Heartland in Valley of the Four Winds.
