If you're having issues attaching the worm to your fishing pole, unequip the pole and try again.

As of 5.0, fishing as a profession no longer requires a fishing pole in your inventory. However, to complete this quest, you MUST have a fishing pole in your inventory to which to attach the lure.

This is still semi-broken.

equip/unequip fishing pole many times trying to get worm to bait as it does in other fishing quests.
Abandoned quest tried again. same thing. Bought a lowbie +5 fishing pole to try instead of my Arcanite +40 pole, same problem. Tried using the worm with out a pole, equipped the pole, unequipped the pole. Then magically the 10 minute fishing buff appeared and I was able to complete the quest.

There are a number of graves around /way 63, 71. in the courtyard in the Ruins of Lordaeron, looting one will give you the corpse worm.
