Does anyone know if Legs has a nifty idle animation or not? I love Spore Walkers quite a lot, but this is my first year working on the achievement and I'm trying to decide between him and Uovo di Egbert.

Am I the only one thinking Blizz should change 'Veteran Nanny' to say "Acquire any three if the fours Children's Week pets listed below on one character" Legs is easily the coolest of the three and has an epic downside in making you wait another year for a 50achievement pt achieve..

It would be different if the others were competitively awesome.. but their not..

I have to say, since I have seen these creatures I have daydreamed about having one as a mount. There is almost no chance that will happen so I am glad to see at least they were made into an easily attainable pet. I adore mine :)

Now with the addition to account wide pets you can choose the pet you need for Veteran Nanny , And then hop on a alt and do the quest and take the Legs Companion and all your toons will have every pet you have across the whole account.

Seems unfair now i look back, all these pets could have been acquired on diff toons to get the meta if you missed out for whatever reason one year etc. I dont mind things becoming easier, just wish it was before i actually wasted YEARS of my life trying to do when things were harder.

To those who can't decide on the Children's week pet - Veteran Nanny achievement or Legs - go for the achievement and get the Coilfang Stalker pet that drops from LAdy Vashj - Legs and Coilfang Stalker have the same model, so you can have a replacement for Legs and get the achievement as soon as possible :)

@shiverina, the abilities are similar for Gambetta and Inseguitore Spiraguzza, however, the LAYOUT of the abilities is different. For example, on Coilfang Stalker, Laser and Focused Beams are exclusive of each other while Legs can use them both at the same time. Each of these two battle pets has a UNIQUE complement of abilities and layout not shared with ANY other battle pet. Additionally, while Legs has Pump and Whirlpool, the Coilfang Stalker has Illusionary Barrier and Amplify Magic.

When configuring your pets for battle, you choose one ability from each column.

Abilities become available at
.....Level 1.........................Level 2.........................Level 4.....
.....Level 10.......................Level 15.......................Level 20...

If you were feeling sorry for the poor Coilfang Stalker, DON'T... he can use Gravity and Surge of Power at the same time, while Legs cannot.

In general, Inseguitore Spiraguzza is the better choice against Flying enemies, and Gambetta is preferable aginst Elemental enemies.

May 2017. A reward from a short questline. Being a mage helps.

1. For starters go to Orphan Matron Mercy in Shattrath, Outlands.
2. Start the quest Children's Week and summon your orphan.
Three more quests open up.
3a. Jheel is at Aeris Landing!. Go to the place with all the Ethereals in Nagrand.
3b. A Trip to the Dark Portal. Easier to take a portal to Stormwind and take a portal to the dark portal in Hellfire Peninsula from the mage tower.
3c. Auchindoun and the Ring of Observance. A bit of flying outside Shattrath in the same zone.

Two more quests open up.
4a. Time to Visit the Caverns. Dalaran on Broken Isles has a handy portal. Dalaran in Northrend has a handy portal. Or you can talk to this lady in Shattrath if you are revered with Keepers of Time.
4b. The Seat of the Naaru. Exodar awaits!
5. Call on the Farseer. Stay in Exodar and visit a shaman trainer in the Crystal Hall.

Time for rewards with Back to the Orphanage in Shattrath, Outlands.
Elekk Training Collar rewards Peanut.
Sleepy Willy rewards Willy.
Egbert's Egg rewards Egbert.
Legs rewards Legs.
Pet Care Package gives various consumables, which are a bit useful for pet tamers.

Choose wisely to become Veteran Nanny.

Starts off in Shattrath city in the Outlands. Speak to Matrona degli Orfani Letizia /way 75, 47.6 to accept the quest La Settimana dei Bambini
Now click on the Fischietto dell'Orfano Elfo del Sangue to summon Salandria to accept the following quests.. you will need to click on the whistle to summon Chiama Salandria per each quest to obtain credit

Gita al Trono degli Elementi Throne of the Elements Nagrand /way 44, 64.2
Hch'uu e il popolo fungo Hch'uu Zangarmarsh /way 19.2, 51.3
Un viaggio al Portale Oscuro The Dark Portal Hellfire Pennisula /way 89.5, 50
Once you complete the 3 quests above two more quests will appear

Bene, quando sarò grande... will have you head over to Silvermoon City to see Elite Tauren Chieftain in Silvermoon City's Walk of Elders.
E ora una visita alle caverne need to head to the caverns of time and spawn Salandria in front of Zaladormu /way 51.9, 54.4
next fly over to Alurmi to buy your orphan a Drago Giocattolo once you have it turn in the quest to accept the final quest.

Ritorno all'orfanotrofio will have us return to the Orphanage where you can choose a couple different pet companions such as
