I kinda wish they made low end explosives more useful for damage output and not threat generation. I guess that goes for all explosives really. Some are just too material costly to be worth using on a casual scale =(

EZ-thro dynamite = Easy throw dynamite
you channel the throw even when you move, that makes it easy.

The goblin fishing style is a reality. By way of El's Anglin', we've learned that you can indeed fish with dynamite in the World of Warcraft. EZ-Thro Dynamite to be specific. Watch the video embedded above to see it in action. There are some very strange limitations, however.

Only EZ-Thro Dynamite (of both flavors) works for this. Other Engineering explosives do not!

You must be between levels 10 and 19 to loot the items blowing up a fishing pool creates, no higher and no lower.

Despite this level limitation, some of the items that come out of this are Burning Crusade era items such as Jaggal Pearls. Booze makes up most of the other items.

How long has this been in the game? We're not sure. Judging by the quality of the items "dropped" by blowing up fishing pools, we would guess it was a Burning Crusade addition. If that's true, has this gone unnoticed for 2-4 years? That seems unlikely, but it's a definite possibility.

(made the dynamite easily on my main and mailed several stacks to my rogue)

13 undead rogue in Silverpine Forest, threw it at a Lesser Oily Blackmouth School and a wreckage of some sort.

I got a Rusted Lock and several Broken Spyglasses, as well as a nice 10 Pound Mud Snapper.

Have to say that this is the best kind of fishing in game, and I hope blizzard doesn't take it out... most especially in Cataclysm where goblin RP will be hard to act out...without SOME kind of explosives involved ;)

Fishing with dynamite no longer works as of 4.0.1. I had a character who was blowing up fishies and making good money doing it, logged off, they patched, logged back on and nada. =\

The best use for this that I have found is for Re della collina aracnide. Maybe I'm just a noob, but I had the hardest time finding LoS to shoot the spiders. A few sticks of dynamite later and I was King!
