Good for Rogues and Hunters. Maybe even Warriors. Other than that it is pretty useless to other classes except maybe for the little extra armor.

This is the best cloak for level 19 Dodge rogue, 6 agility gives 1.62% Dodge @lvl19
Balanced rogues, Hunters, Warrs should use Sentry Cloak (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=2059)

Best cloak available for hunters, enchant with 3 agility.

I know some will say that Sentry Cloak with 12 dodge is the best, but really, I hunter shouldn't be relying on having a ton of health and being able to dodge melee. Hunter's survivability comes from his ability to kite with snares and burn down the target at range.

Snares require Mana/Intellect, damage requires Agility/AP/Crit, those are the stats a hunter should be after.

To all lvl 19 twink rogues:

Skum and Lord Serpentis can be soloed with ease.

For Skum just stealth to his gated area and wait for the patrolling "Evolving Ectoplasm" to make his round. He oozes right by Skum and theres no way you can solo both at the same time. It usually doesn't take any longer than 2-5 mins to pass by. When your fighting Skum just remember to "kick", "gouge" or "arcane torrent" (for blood elves) when he starts casting his lighting bolt. He will start casting one shortly if not instantly after your first attack. Remember to use Evasion as well. Be mindful of the fact that when Skum is down to like 15-20% hp he will run from you. Try to get off a quick backstab and eviserate to finish him off so he doesn't aggro the other mobs. It's cake if you take this advice.

For Lord Serpentis your going to have to range pull him from the area on the edge of the cliff right behind him. There is a serpant mob flying next to him on the left that will aggro if you just attack. His first attack will be a lighting bolt so if you have arcane torrent (blood elves) the best way to do this is by hitting him with it from a couple yards away so hes silenced and has to melee you. I assume that you could gouge from far enough away also but I haven't tried it. He heals himself so try to interupt him while at the same time attempting to keep his lighting bolts interupted as well using the same abilities mentioned in the Skum strat of course. EVASION! Both fights are pretty easy if you do these things.

Honestly, I just went for it on my 19 rogue. I was in a random dungeon group, and I stealthed all the way to Skum, downed the two guards and the patrol I did not know would come. What dropped was tail spike (Damn it) and I asked why no one else rolled. The response was "Because were dead." Soloed with ease, and although I had Arena Grand Master it was on Cooldown. I'll submit a screen. -Legand

I have this cloak my Level 20 Hunter and the stats are nice. I did transmog it to the Tumultuous Cloak though which looks a lot better especially with the "of the Fang" Set.
