Unique Features
The Clockwork Gnome is a unique companion pet, meaning that no other pet shares the same model. This pet shares the animations that all gnomes have.

How to get it
The Clockwork Gnome can be created by archeologists by gathering 100 dwarf fragments from digsites and solving this rare tier item. You may use up to three keystones to reduce the amount of fragments needed by 36 (12 x 3).

Sadly though, he does not appear to break train sets :-(

I tested it out with a friend of mine, and gave him plenty of time to warm up to the idea of busting it, but he seemed much more happy to watch it go round and round.

Really disappointing. Doesn't seem to make any noise, when clicked or not, or have any kind of idle animation. For it being a rare spawn in archaeology and taking so many fragments, it should do much more.

You have found a few pieces of a mechanical construct of apparently high technology. It's possible these parts come from one of the mechanognomes of Northrend. Why dwarves would have relocated the parts here is a mystery. You wonder if you could get the gnome working again if you could recover all of its pieces.

This guy rocks with the new Pet Battle system. His level power, Build Turret, is great. They shoot the enemy 3 times at the end of every turn, and you can put up multiple turrets, so you can be shooting your enemy 6-9 times a pop, on top of the normal damage you do every round.

One of the easier pets to get in the Eastern Kingdoms since there are mainly Troll, Dwarf,and Fossil dig sites. Build Turret is useful if you're pet farming and forgot to add a lower level pet on your team.
