This item will display two blue cilinders (that almost look like the pyrite barrels in Ulduar ) on the back of your carecter so much as the item is in your inventory. It seem to keep this effect weither or not you are in Thosand Needels. Will post a screenshot latter.

Will also go away if you get shape-shifted or polymorphed. However, logging out and back in replaces it, so fear not! Makes a great accessory. I'm keeping it forever. :D

Side note. When you have this item, it makes your equipped helm graphic disappear.

If you want both the backpack and helm to display, simply go to your interface > Display > Show Helm. Toggle it off and back on and you should be able to see your helmet again.

Thot it disappeared with 4.1 but alas putting in the bank and and using it again did indeed refresh the visual as dukkake suggested :)

Never got rid of mine either I'm at lvl 85. Players do an "inspect" on me and ask WTH it is.

Makes a good target for healers in BGs......also makes a good target for Horde though too :)

Ugh, stupid me. I thought I read that there was a daily quest AFTER completing all 60 zone quests and getting the achievement. I was so looking forward to having this on my character. :C

Here's a little guide on how to get this fun item:
1: Start off in Feralas with the quest I Totem Truce stanno arrivando and kill 7 mobs.
2. Accept the next quest and "enjoy" the boat ride.
3. Follow the quests
4. Complete the quests Giù negli abissi ,Rissa da taverna! & Nella latrina. To complete Rissa da taverna!, go downstairs to the Innkeeper, Daisy, buy Bottiglia di Grog and simply use it on any goblin. To complete Nella latrina, kill mobs on the sea floor untill they drop Palanchino del Pirata and use it the "house" you took the quest from.
5. Complete the quest Fai tacere i cannoni
6. Go down the boat and accept the quest Consegna speciale per Gelafrutta from "Mazzer Stripscrew".
Keep the quest in your quest log and you will keep this item! Have fun

If you have accidentally completed the quest 'Special Delivery for Brivelthwerp' don't worry! I have as well. All you have to do is complete the 2 other quests that are given to you from the NPC 'Brivelthwerp'. After you complete those 2 quests, you will be given a quest called 'Freezing the Pipes' it gives you the exact same item ! DO NOT COMPLETE THAT QUEST! or else you will lose the item forever. Keep it in your bags and if u ever get bored of it, don't abandon the quest, simply put it in your bank and the item will disappear from your back, and if you ever want it back, simply put the item back in your bags from your bank and it will appear again on your character, i hope this helps! :)

Still have mine 10 13 years later........NEVER deleted that excess quest in Thousand Needles.
