Only works on cultists near Lake Mereldar in Eastern Plaguelands.

To clarify, not only is the "make the bad guys friendly" effect only happen near Lake Mereldar, but this costume is not usable anywhere other than around Lake Mereldar.

However, if used in the appropriate area this will make all undead and cultists friendly until you exit the area. This area also includes Corrin's Crossing. I was able to run straight through the center of town with a bunch of "friendly" Scourge.

I wanna be able to use this anywhere and macro it in with my normal stealth spell, the use effect is pretty cool

When you click this, the same sound that accompanies the worgen transformation plays with this as well.

I can also confirm that this disguise is, in fact, usable in Corin's Crossing as well.
